The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I slept until dawn. The staff Xiaowan has a gentle and patient attitude, a timely response to needs, and affordable. It is recommended to give a small partner to stay!

Must-stay for families with kids! My child absolutely loved the water park. The in-room hot spring was also great. Even though it was a holiday and crowded, everything was well-organized. The bedding was soft, and staff member 0040 was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage and taking us to the underground parking. We'll definitely bring the elders next time. This resort is highly recommended for hot springs in winter!
