I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience."

"The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough. Even though it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell of fresh renovation. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The security guard on the ground floor was very friendly and helpful, assisting with parking. The front desk staff were courteous, and both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jingzhou."

Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. In addition, the restaurant manager is beautiful, very polite, friendly, and a big beauty.

Any problems are solved very quickly. The environment is clean and hygienic. The next door is the Yangtze River University Snack Street. Opposite is Jing Street, the traffic is very convenient.

I like to stay in the hotel to see the scenery and walk along the river. There are many delicious places nearby. It is not far from Beijing Road. It only takes a few minutes to get there by riding a shared electric car. It is very quiet when sleeping and you won't feel noisy. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is very stylish

DDeirstarA solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

The hotel experience of this stay far exceeded expectations, and it was a surprise on the trip. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding business districts are complete with dining, and it is particularly convenient to travel for food.
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, take the initiative to help with luggage and explain the facilities in detail, and learn that I have specially upgraded the high-floor quiet room with my children. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the design of smart curtains and dry and wet separation bathrooms is very intimate, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable and smooth.
The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly made oysters taste great, and the fruit is fresh and juicy. I didn't encounter common problems such as poor sound insulation and perfunctory. Every detail is professional. The price is super high, I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!

GGuest UserI brought my children with me. The weather is a bit hot. I really want to play in the pool. The water park will only open next month. Xiao Wang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He sees that we have a lot of things, so he offers to help with it.
