"This time I came to Jingzhou to play at the Tianzhu International Hotel. The overall experience is very comfortable. Let's talk to everyone about the real feelings.
The hotel is located next to the ancient city, 3 minutes walk to the ancient city wall of Jingzhou, 5 minutes to Zhang Juzheng's former residence, and very close to Jinfeng Square. It is very convenient to visit the attractions. The bus stop is downstairs from the hotel. There is free parking for self-driving. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Jingzhou Railway Station. It is very worry-free to travel. There are also many foods around, Jingzhou specialty snacks can be found casually, and takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room.
The room was well done, the ground and the desktop were clean, the bedding was changed for one guest, and it was comfortable to sleep. The front desk was gentle, the check-in was smooth, and the play was taken initiative to give suggestions. The hotel is very soundproof, sleeps very quietly at night, and rests well.

I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. When the bathroom door is closed, the water is all over the floor outside the bathroom. It is annoying to have water everywhere.
Service: When I went out, I deliberately reflected to the front desk. The front desk said that the master would go to the maintenance. I specifically explained that if there is a problem or the problem cannot be repaired in time, please change me to a room! As a result, I came back to the family to take a shower at night, and the same leaked water, and it was not solved at all!
Said that I brought the children and wanted to add a quilt. The first night, the man at the front desk reported me a quilt. It was clean and there was no smell. The only star in the service column was given to him. The next day, I asked the waiter to ask for a quilt. I asked me to find the foreman. The foreman's eldest sister had a very bad attitude. I found a dirty quilt that was not covered with a good bed sheet (a strong foot smell, I have very reason to suspect that this quilt is a dirty quilt that was replaced in the corner of the hotel corridor and did not cover the quilt, which was very excessive), returned to the room on the third day, the hygiene was not cleaned, ask about cleaning, Say to the front desk, what logic is this to say that the default room hotel does not clean?
