Clearly having rooms available, yet refusing to allow customers to pay for an upgrade and failing to communicate with customers is extremely incompetent. This service is worse than a 50 RMB restaurant down the mountain. My takeout arrived, but I wasn't in the room at the moment. I told the front desk I'd deliver it in five minutes. Three minutes later, I returned to the room to find a robot waiting at the door—I was helpless. The front desk really seems like a makeshift operation. I found a huge ant on the bed. The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections.

After a long and tiring journey, I was just looking for a place to rest, but this hotel ended up being a wonderful surprise. As soon as I arrived in the lobby, the front desk staff were incredibly gentle and efficient with the check-in process, no tedious waiting at all. They even thoughtfully provided information about local attractions with a warm smile, instantly making me feel refreshed from my travels. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft and fluffy, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water was consistent and plentiful, and the amenities were clean and well-stocked. Every detail showed great care. I had a last-minute request during my stay, and the staff responded quickly with service that was just right – enthusiastic without being intrusive. The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is genuinely warm and authentic, not at all perfunctory. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

After taking a bath, the water floods the mountain. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.

This feeling is really bad!
