"Excellent hôtel! Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou."

"I visited Tulouwang and stayed in Longyan for the night. There's a large parking lot right outside the entrance of Atour, making parking very convenient.
The entire hotel is a perfect blend of modernity and poetry. While riding the elevator, I noticed the new names for the gym, restaurant, and laundry room, and I immediately thought they were intriguing. Upon arriving in my room, I found a poetry collection on the bedside table, which brought a little comfort from my trip. Later, while washing up, I noticed each toiletry bag had its own poem, and I couldn't help but marvel at the hotel's attentive attention to detail. 👍
Atour's attentive service is also evident in the wireless charging station by the bed, the ability to take away breakfast if you leave before 7:00 AM, the free porridge offered in the restaurant from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and the fact that they asked about my stay upon check-out—a first for me during my trip, which took me to several cities—it was a truly thoughtful experience.
The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities were all impeccable, and everything was still top-notch. The kids loved the robot food delivery. I'll definitely stay at Atour again when I'm in Longyan."

"I really loved the hotel's design and ambiance. The room was comfortable, spacious, and spotless. It featured a projector, an automatic toilet, and smart room modes; with just a press of a button, the lighting and other settings would adjust automatically. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. There's a courier station just a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast spread offered a good variety too! Everything tasted delicious – flavorful, not too salty or greasy. I especially recommend the *jiuniang* (sweet fermented rice soup), Sihuanhua, fried eggs, and the freshly made noodles. The staff were all very warm and friendly, always greeting us. Knowing we had traveled a long distance, they even gave us a small gift bag containing some snacks and water to help us re-energize for our journey. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! (They even upgraded us for free as our originally booked room type wasn't available due to a late check-out. *Please note: The attached photo is of the upgraded room, not our original booking.*)"

However, the overall cleanliness of the guesthouse seems a bit dirty, and the amenities provided also feel grubby. The service is quite ordinary. The 'Dongcheng Night' show arranged by the hotel was very enjoyable for the family, but a friendly tip: the Tulou Prince Scenic Area, a bit further away, has even more spectacular performances. In summary, it's only fair to say it offers good value for money and is acceptable as a transit accommodation."

MM48195****A very unique Tulou B&B. Small but refined. The design of the room is very particular. The lower floor is the bathroom and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom. Several rooms are connected to form a suite. The rooms are all made of wood, and the walls are also covered with wooden boards, making it very spacious and generous. There is also a entrance hall that separates the corridors of each suite of rooms. There are only 10 rooms in one earth building, and the population density is very pleasant. The butler's service attitude was good. The receptionist helped with luggage, recommended tourist attractions, and provided an important message: Guangzhou tourists are free of charge, haha😆. There are also books introducing Tulou in the room. With a book in hand, you don’t need a tour guide. It’s great! Good reviews

YYouyayoumomoyuThe entire square Tulou building, Chaoyang Tower, has been transformed into a guesthouse. It retains many of its mottled walls, giving it a strong sense of history and rustic charm. The wooden stairs, hallway floorboards, and wooden doors all creak, which the kids found quite fun. It's truly pleasant to quietly listen to the birds, admire the distant mountains, and sip tea here.
We visited during Chinese New Year, and generally felt the festive cheer was a bit lacking. For example, the front desk didn't have any New Year's candies or similar treats (which, of course, isn't a requirement). The spring couplets by the entrance had also fallen off, and the ground floor was mostly deserted, feeling very quiet and lonely.
Breakfast was served at a different guesthouse, 'Duli', and it was absolutely delicious!
The room design had some inconveniences. The countertop next to the sink was quite low, making it uncomfortable to stoop down for makeup or other activities. Hanging space for clothes was limited, and the hanging rod felt a bit shaky, so we were hesitant to put too many items on it. In the duplex room, it got quite cold at night. While the upper level had air conditioning, the lower level did not, with only a heater in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was extremely low, and the storage water heater couldn't sustain hot water for long, leading to a very poor overall showering experience.
I'd recommend visiting on a weekday, as the prices are better value. It's acceptable for a short stay, but for a longer trip, I wouldn't advise it for anyone who enjoys taking proper showers.

Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok
Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food

MM515564****My parents and I stayed and dined at Fuyu Lou, which is considered the grandest Tulou in the Tulou Prince Scenic Area. Our host, Ah Wen, was incredibly warm and attentive; he even picked us up and dropped us off at the village entrance, and treated us to a delightful tea tasting. The dishes prepared by the auntie were incredibly delicious, allowing us to truly savor authentic Tulou cuisine. The courtyard had a wonderful ambiance, becoming particularly stunning in the evenings when the lanterns illuminated. Our room was also very clean, and the high-quality toiletries provided were a nice touch. When my parents felt a bit chilly at night, the auntie, despite already having gone to bed, thoughtfully brought them extra blankets – we were truly grateful for her kindness! Having explored various other Tulou structures throughout the Tulou Prince Scenic Area, we unanimously agreed that Fuyu Lou stands out as exceptional in every aspect – its rich history, beautiful environment, and the wonderful host. We truly made the perfect choice! Our stay and dining experience at Fuyu Lou was undoubtedly the biggest highlight of our entire Fujian trip!
