Great hotel 5 minutes or so from the train station. Close to rural villages with incredible culture, amazing hotpot, less commercial (and fully real and functional) tulou, friendly staff. Be sure to grab some local tea while in town.

Basically every time I travel to Yongding District, I choose this one, and the environment is familiar. The front desk service is very polite. Although the room decoration is old, the facilities are well-equipped and can meet the needs of business trip accommodation. Outside the window is the Yongding River, and the night view is also OK.

Facilities: The room is large. fully equipped. Kettle, refrigerator, washing machine are all available. The air conditioning is very powerful hahaha. The room is very big, and it gets chilly after a while.
Hygiene: Very good. Very neat. I wiped the table and there was no dust.

In a 15-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, drag a luggage across the overpass, and then see the ancient building on the left and walk about 400 meters into the community, then turn right to find the unit building, very new, very fresh should be put in aromatherapy, laid on the floor mat soft, self-enter the store, I couldn’t find a place to call my lady at night. I was very patient and gentle. After I arrived, I needed to get close to the elevator. I couldn’t see the buildings at night. The residents pointed the way. The hotel should be a high floor with a layer of decoration. The scenery is open. I didn’t see it clearly. I didn’t have a separate bathroom. The special room, the young lady is very nice to upgrade the room! The equipment is superb, a projector, the air conditioning is very good, the health is OK, the bed is super comfortable, the windows are installed with protection, there is no need to worry about children, the room type I live in is relatively small, the suitcase has to close the door to open flat.
When you check out, you can see that the rooms at different prices have good views. The special room has windows. In the past, it was a few big words ”Longyan Station”.
Unfortunately, I am temporarily transiting and I want to live again if I have the opportunity.
Near check-out, there was a man passing by at the door, and it felt like the boss. The sparrow is small and complete. Very good 👍

I have to give a good review~ There are many places to eat around, and it is in the Cultural and Creative Park, which is especially suitable for young people to take pictures. You can also have a drink in the whiskey bar at night. Breakfast is a voucher for surrounding restaurants, which is very practical. The only drawback is that the parking lot is a little far away.

The hotel parking is very convenient, you can park on the ground or underground, just tell the front desk when you go out. The facilities and hygiene are good, but it would be better if the room had screens. I feel that there are mosquitoes when I open the window to sleep at night, and I am afraid of insects coming in. The breakfast is great! There are many varieties, especially the cucumber juice, it's amazing! It's not crazy like some hotels that add water. Good reviews!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in a very friendly, small village. We stayed three nights and freely walked the village and the Tulous often being stopped by curious villagers to ask us where we are from. It’s clear foreigners are few and far between in this village but everyone was very welcoming. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, location or breakfast. The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. If you are a light sleeper (like my friend) the babies crying in the next room or the child and father laughing and chatting in the other room till gone midnight might bother you. If you’re a deep sleeper like me, you’ll be fine! The hotel staff didn’t really offer much information to us initially. You’re kind of left to it. But when I added them to wechat they did answer questions we had and they cleaned the room when asked. For future reference here’s some information for foreigners who make make the journey.
We found two good restaurants in the village and there are small shops with basic necessities. You can arrange a car to take you to different Tulous driving distance away or you could just walk through the village and into neighbouring villages exploring the more authentic Tulous. To be honest, the “tourist” Tulous weren’t of much interest and didn’t take a single photo. The more authentic, natural, “left to their own devices” ones were much more appealing to us. You can’t get the typical shot from a hilltop of a small group of round Tulous here in this village but you can get so much more of an authentic small, relaxing, quiet village experience at your own pace. We had a driver from Xiamen airport - 3.5 hours there because he didn’t take the highway but the provincial road. On the way back to the airport we came via the highway and it was 2 hours. It’s quite far away but we think it’s very worth it if you go prepared. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We booked this hotel, therefore the location based on the look of comfort and the fact we wanted traditional, with modern amenities so we could relax as well as explore. It ticked all those boxes.

菲菲凡 DianaI believe this hotel is the biggest and most beautiful in the area. It is completely in accordance with the Tulou vibe, making it a great place for pictures.
The room itself is quite big, with a nice view of the inside of the hotel.
The staff was kind enough to confirm all the details one day prior our arrival. Hence, we were able to sort out the missing details and arrive and leave with no delays.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are already going to this part of Tulou.

Llauren263The hotel is spread out over two renovated old tulous. The room interiors are extremely well done- very classy and chic, while still being authentic to the original structure. You can hear a bit of noise from the neighbors at night, but that comes with the territory. If you want the experience of staying in a tulou, this is probably the fanciest way to do it. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
The hotel is located on a canal that winds through a cute little village, but everything for tourists is closed and abandoned. We struggled to even find a place to buy a drink to sit by the water to enjoy the sunset. The hotel recommended a restaurant that's about a 10 minute walk away, but that was literally the only restaurant we saw. Luckily we had a rental car and could drive 20 minutes to a nearby village with a few options.

TTravel_FRVery helpful owner who is the 6th owner of the Fuyulou (Fuyu Building). I suggest you shall book the hotel first before you book for any other tour arrangement at tulou. The hotel owner will be able to provide a very personalised tour arrangement with reasonable price and with local advise. Hotel is clean and feels like home. Food is good too at the hotel. We had our dinner every night at the hotel. Very highly recommended stay, food and tour.

GGuest UserBecause it is the Spring Festival holiday, there are not many people coming to Gutian, a red scenic spot (referring to accommodation, there are still many people visiting red scenic spots during the day). There is a kind of bird and flowery mountain life, and I live in the top floor suite of the three-story villa. The store also prepared afternoon tea for us (dessert white fungus soup). Breakfast is also ordered and sent directly to the room. I also eat it. Haha ～

I expected and the Hakka dishes in the restaurant next door were also delicious. The front desk sister Jiang is also very hospitable and talkative. In fact, this time from Malaysia to Yongding is to find roots. After talking to her, she was very happy to introduce me to the tour guide. After the tour guide took me to a lot of earth buildings, I found the ancestors by the way. In the evening, I returned to the hotel and met my sister at the front desk. We talked again before getting off work. She knew my hometown and was very happy to help me. I said that there were relatives who could help me find my hometown relatives. After about an hour, I received her good news, saying that there are relatives there. I will have people from my hometown to meet later. I am so excited and excited to receive her news. I really have a grateful heart. Thank you for her so enthusiastic help. Otherwise, I will not find my hometown to find my roots smoothly. This trip is awesome. Thanks again to sister Jiang Jingqing! 霖霖枫For sure a nice place to stay with interesting experience to live in a special camping tent, but with hotel service and bathroom. The staff was good. The location is also close to one of the main attraction. Yongding Tulou just in 5 min walk and not far away from Nanjing Tulou if you drive.
During the night, from the balcony also possible to see the light of Yongding night show.
Since the place is located near a river can be noisy to sleep, but I found it more as a nice relaxing sound.
The room was ok, but the bathroom was a little bit smelly. Each room have AC which also can be used for heating, no problem to stay in winter time.
For an additional price a BBQ grill can be rented. You can bring your own food or just order a meal set from the place.

1. There is only one gargle cup in the bathroom. After calling the front desk, the supervisor of the station inspected the scene, and then a man in casual clothes with a mobile phone playing mahjong came and arranged for the aunt to come over to renovate the bathroom. The aunt said that there was a problem with the cleaning cup last time. Went for a replacement but forgot to get a new one
2. There is only a little bit of toilet roll left, and there is no spare to replace in the whole bathroom
3. The toilet is not clean and has urine stains
4. There is an unknown insect corpse at the junction of the room and the corridor
5. To cast the mobile phone screen to the TCL TV in the room, you need to press the remote control of the TV to confirm, but you didn't see it until you checked out.
