The personal is so friendly, they try to help you with all small details.
You will feel yourself like at your home, you will not want to leave this place at the end.

GGuest UserThis hotel is simply divine! It’s brand new construction. The rooms, bed, air conditioning are wonderful.
The Athens view roof top restaurant is one of the best parts of the hotel. The food is delicious. The service is exceptional.
The morning breakfast is the best breakfast that I have ever had in a hotel. The breakfast room with outdoor garden is serene and a wonderful experience.
The only negatives are:
1) The pool is cold and not heated
2) The hotel is far away from the desirable area of plaka or Monastiraki. $15 Euros by cab or 1 hour walk.
NNEIL-DEVONThe hotel in general was great. They did not reach out prior to arriving asking whether we are okay or need assistance to the hotel. I've encountered other 5 star hotels that do so.
Upon arrival they were quite friendly and informative. A deposit for the mini bar was required of 60 euros per day of stay which they didnt inform the guests of prior to arriving. That could've been easily avoided.
The room was clean, and an adequate amount of amenities provided. We had some issues with the trash can and the body wash had to be refilled after the first day but they attended to that immediately.
The gym is good, well equipped. The location not bad, about 20min from the nearest metro Neos cosmos, and about 30minutes walk to Syntagma Square.
The asthetics of the hotel is beautiful, there's a good bar and club within the hotel. Room service was offered and efficient daily.
JJihun SonThe room was perfect, clean and tidy
and the faculty members were extremely hospitable, the concierge and the front desk, every staff.
yet a small little thing that was a little disappointing was the outdoor swimming pool was closed because of the government regulation
except that everything was perfect

MM269250****The hotel was renovated from an old building, and the elevator is so small that it can only accommodate one person and one suitcase, but the room facilities are very new and the bed is very comfortable. On the first day, I got a larger room at the corner of the street. Although I could see a little bit of the mountain view, the sound insulation was not good. The sound of cars and motorcycles on the street was endless, and it was noisy until ten o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very warm and friendly. The next day, I changed to a room facing the inner courtyard. It immediately calmed down and I slept well, feeling refreshed. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the open air and enjoy the mountain view of Athens. However, there is really no choice in food, they are all sweet. There are many homeless people around the hotel and the roads are not easy to walk, but the subway station is nearby and you can easily go anywhere. It is recommended to stay for one day first, then extend if you feel it is good, or change if not, there are many hotels around.

GGuest UserHave been several times to this hotel and sadly it's ageing too fast... cheap capsules replaced Nespresso, bathrobes show their age, jacuzzi in the pool only partly operational, shower leaking, etc. hotel is fully functional but a refurb would help. Avoid ground floor rooms! Too small to fit a chair (there is none) and have severe problems with ventilation & mold. And these room aren't for free... breakfast remain decent, but for a next stay I will look for a different place.

GGuest UserGreat service. They tried their best to give me my room ahead of check in time along with a complimentary breakfast. Great buffet spread. Maybe as an improvement, add something something new each or every other day.
I stayed a total of 5 days in between tours. Rooms were always clean. If had to find any improvement, maybe have a bidet in every toilet.
But overall, I recommend this hotel. Close enough to city centre via subway or €8-10taxi.
GGuest UserThe service as expected from greek people was excellent and helpful
The hotel location is close to the center and was quite satisfying
facilities were good, a bit crowded at breakfast time
at the first day we had a problem with shower water, leaking out of the door which made the bathroom floor very wet but the problem was fixed immediatly
we had mosquitos in the room and after complaining they provided us with mosquito trap, the thing with mosquitos is critical since my daughter skin is very sensitive and every bite can turn into awful inflammation which what exactly happened to her.
on the last day there was no hot water, so i had to take shower in slightly warm water.

MMazen KhamisThe staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely.
Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved my time in this hotel! Had a great time, amazing poo, incredible roof top restaurant, the most iconic view possible ever in all of Athens with a beautiful setting!! Could not have asked for more!! totally loved it would definitely come back :) Also loved the set out, all of the marble, the foyer and the staff were amazing to me and the restaurant team really did a lot to look after me and my dietary sensitivities!! Mega love to all who looked after me and massive massive thanks!!
