GGuest UserThe room had a high ceiling, about 3.5 meters, which really gave it a spacious feel. The British-style decor was very well-designed, and the hotel paid great attention to every detail. Its central location was also a plus, with a good Chinese restaurant just a five-minute walk away. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Nestled in a quiet embassy district, the restored teak mansion, once the home of a British colonial governor, immediately impresses with its graceful architecture and tranquil gardens. Approaching through leafy pathways and lotus ponds, guests are welcomed into an oasis that feels far removed from the bustle of downtown Yangon.
Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring polished teak floors, four-poster beds, and traditional Burmese textiles that reflect the building’s heritage. Balconies overlook either the lush gardens or the inviting fan-shaped swimming pool, creating a sense of calm retreat. The service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, with staff eager to share local knowledge and assist with arrangements.

KKSSKLocation of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall.
Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries.
Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property.
Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids.
Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements.
Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.
