AAnonymous Guest UserClassic colonial-style room with modern renovation, everything is nice at hall and corridor, room bed is soft and comfortable, separate bath and toilet with super cleanliness, kind and attentive clerks. And the slippers in the room are the best quality I have seen in Myanmar. Location is near from Sule pagoda and in the very centre of Yangon downtown. Only regret is outside noise and bad smell on the nearby street, there are so many roadside vendors and loud Indian music going on till evening. I woke up early in the morning by the noise of generator outside and opposite side of the hotel, for which the hotel is not responsible. If sound-proof room is available even with extra cost it would make me want to come back.

We had a lake view room, and it was fantastic.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alainmar in the restaurant - great coffees.
The hotel is well presented and clean. The gym is pretty good. The breakfast is top notch.
The only issue I had, and it's quite important for me, was the wifi was not very good.

RRobbyThe Kantharyar Serviced Apartments are part of the 5* Hotel Wyndham Grand Yangon. Accordingly, they are luxuriously furnished. If you book with breakfast, you will have access to the hotel's huge buffet. The same applies to the pool and fitness area. If there are two of us, I always choose the hotel. For three people or more the apartment. Shopping for food and drinks is possible in the in-house supermarket. All in all highly recommended.

2. When taking the elevator on each floor, the waiting area for the elevator does not have air conditioning.
3. The restaurant air conditioner is not cool.
4. There is not much food to choose from.

The room was also kept clean.
The location was convenient for my activities, and the breakfast was very neat and delicious, so I was very satisfied.
It was especially nice that they allowed me to eat from 6 in the morning.
Reception staff, security staff, other miscellaneous staff, and room cleaning staff all smile at the same time.
I had a very comfortable stay for 5 days thanks to the friendly and friendly guidance.
I stayed at the Melia Hotel in August 2023, and I think it was a much more satisfying hotel than there.

MMMarkWas on a Business trip in Yangon, got this Hotel recommended.
Good Location on a central Street with Bars and Eateries. A big Supermarket is just across the Street.
The Hotel is in good shape, the staff friendly and eager to be of service.
At their roof-top facilities and from the windows one has a good view to the Shwedagon Pagoda in the distance.
Will go there again. Was a worthwhile stay.

EEmily283I think it was almost the cheapest private room in the central Yangon area. There was a cafe space on the first floor, and a small gym and massage room on the second floor. There were not only street-level shops but also convenience stores nearby, so we had no inconveniences. Both the room and shower room were spacious and comfortable.
