GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, and the location is good. But most important is the staff. All of them are so friendly and always ready to help you. SSU SU WAIGreat stay at LOTTE Hotel Yangon. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful lake view. Staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good with many choices. Peaceful location and true 5-star service. Highly recommended.

LLara ZhangMeliá has a very good location, just opposite Inya Lake. While the interior design is simple and not very modern, the facilities and service are great.
It would be nice if a sauna and jacuzzi were available and provide briefing while check in.
The breakfast is amazing. I was surprised to see both a café counter and an ice cream counter during the breakfast session.
However, they did not offer any complimentary service for birthday or anniversary requests.

ZZmeyerOld luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice.
Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor.
And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: ”It was an error in room description”. Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))

AAnonymous UserI wanted to stay for a long time, so I stayed at ３ this time. The head of the shower attached to the bathtub is so gravy that it can be taken now, and it is taken when it is used, and it is told the next morning to sightseeing. He was fixing it when he returned from sightseeing, and there was an apology message on the desk.
Breakfast was an order system from the menu, but when I told him that I wanted to eat fruit, he was willing to prepare it. The honey on the yogurt was very delicious and I took a picture of the package. I searched at the supermarket in Yangon and Mandalay, but I couldn't find it, and when I emailed where I could buy it later, there was no reply after I received a reply to confirm it with the charge. After all, with the cooperation of local friends, I had a honey company deliver it to the hotel where I was staying. On the day of moving to Mandalay, check-out was before 4 o'clock, but they prepared a box, including tuna sandwiches, boiled *, fruit platter, bread, and latte. It was the most luxurious breakfast box I have ever been to Myanmar. Thank you very much.

BBruce MWould stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay.

VVanceVanFirst time staying here for a business trip, and my overall impression is: the facilities are quite new, the environment is good, breakfast is plentiful, and it offers great value for money. Plus, there's no traffic congestion, making it convenient for getting around and to the airport.

KKSSKLocation of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall.
Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries.
Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property.
Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids.
Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements.
Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed many times when travelling to Myanmar. The staffs are friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast selections also good and changes everyday.
The location is also good. Very near (across the road) to a shopping mall with a bakery and grocery store. Across the road from kandawgyi lake.
