Amazing
HHappy sunnyWonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything. Â One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.

MMishiThe room size is great and very comfortable. But no sink near the mini bar is a bit strange with the layout. Also no separation/door between the toilet and shower area? The balcony is spacious, but there were so many dead bugs on the outdoor mattressâŚ. Not hard to dust them off, but why it wasnât cleaned before?
The breakfast was good with their order to table menu, but the buffet area was just okay. The juice seems not the fresh-made kind but from the pre-packaged kind.
The outdoor area was superb and relaxing. The price is very good for what you get. Just hope the hotel can do better with the details.
Nice shuttle service to the convenient store near the main road. But itâs not easy to get around, better to go with a car.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. đ

Very Good
CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didnât stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our childrenâs sleep.

YYunkyungMost of staffs are friendly and kind! Itâs not so far from Bangkok , not crowded , calm , clean, there are few local meal available near the resort. If you want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful break, this is the place for you.
