GGuest UserGreat hotel! My friends and I had a great time during the trip. The swimming pool in the hotel is very beautiful. We took many beautiful photos. The service staff in the hotel is very polite. I like this hotel very much and I will continue to book it on my next trip.

AAnonymous UserAmazing breakfast selection. On Mondays have curry crab. Excellent poop for swimming laps. Unfortunately our bathtub was not cleaned but after we notified it was done well. We stayed here many times and will stay here again. Excellent beach sea view from room. The bakery cakes are good value for money and staff are friendly.

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

YYunkyungMost of staffs are friendly and kind! It’s not so far from Bangkok , not crowded , calm , clean, there are few local meal available near the resort. If you want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful break, this is the place for you.
