Great
AAnonymous UserRelatively new place with beach front view (but no beach access). Still with excellent pool and diner/bar. A little out of hua hin city so nice and quiet especially during peak tourist season. Staff were accommodating and room was comfortable with all basic amenities.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Baba beach ! Food was surprisingly good .
We also got a birthday cake for my partner from the hotel:)
Warm hospitality.
We definitely come back:)
GGuest UserFelt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

Great
TtrinlimThe hotel is a normal four-star hotel, but the room is quite large, with a bathtub, a comfy bed, and a view of the swimming pool from the balcony. All of the workers are pleasant and provide fantastic service. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach behind it. There is a 7/11 convenience store near the hotel's entrance. It is located on the major road, just ten minutes from Hua Hin's downtown. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's worth the money.
TThomasdzxWe have our best memories here the staff was super super cute and humble and helpful I've for the room set up for our honeymoon and it was 0 fee charge then they were even provided cake for our special day moreover the night we spent i got food poisoned like really bad and stay up all night guest what when I was back from hospital and arrived at the front desk they provided me late check out for 2 hrs even I did not ask so this is the recommended to staying here great place and surround by great people
GGuest UserThis is my second time here. The hotel is clean. My family enjoyed our stay so much. However, the breakfast wasn't as good as we expected. I think the quality of the breakfast dropped from five years ago, when I visited here for the first time.
GGuest UserThe rooms are nicely decorated. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious, and the bathroom includes a bathtub, which is awesome! The main room and bathroom could use more lighting since I found the rooms are not well-lit during the evenings/nights. The beds are a bit firm for my liking. The beach being a block away is wonderful and there are many shops/restaurants in the area. The hotel staff is friendly, too bad she didn't give me a room on the other side of the hotel which has the better sea views. The included breakfast has a decent selection of dishes. For the price paid (about 1350 baht/night), it was a good hotel stay for two nights. My rating is 4 out of 5 stars. Cheers!
AAnonymous UserGolden Beach Cha‑Am Hotel is a solid, budget-friendly beachside option in Cha-Am—ideal for families or travelers seeking relaxation rather than luxury. If you prioritize spacious rooms, hearty breakfast, and a quiet stretch of beach over modern style, this hotel delivers. Keep in mind it’s an older property, so if you expect sleek interiors or fast Wi-Fi, consider more updated accommodations elsewhere. For Chiang-Am’s relaxed, Thai-centric holiday pace, many guests find this hotel fits the bill.
CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.
KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
