"We had such a wonderful time spending the holiday with a family friend. The hotel grounds is huge and there's plenty of things to do. Room was lovely.. we had a great view of the pool and the beach. The aircon was very powerful, perfect for the summer heat. Huge breakfast selection, well organized. There are also different restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. There is one huge pool area + kids pool + garden pool. Their own private beach is very well kept and we had a beautiful time playing in the sand in the afternoon. Waves tend to become huge but it was quite relaxing to listen to. My favorite part was the activities they provide the guests. There is something to do everyday of the week, and most of them are free. We tried the sound meditation and tree hugging after breakfast which were both quite therapeutic. 5 stars from us!!"

"*Great stay, would come back again!* We had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Check in and check out was quick and hassle-free, and the hotel service throughout was top-notch. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "It's best to come here by car – the location is quite remote, and the road leading out is very long. The garden style is lovely, and the bed is very comfortable. However, the only unsettling thing was finding two Bibles in the room, which made me a bit nervous. Overall, it was very good, and the pool was large and beautiful."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location with beautiful, serene views, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the service during breakfast was lacking. Food was slow to arrive, and we had to specifically ask for the menu to order eggs, which then took a long time. The breakfast spread wasn't very diverse, and I had higher expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the beachfront seating was always full in the evenings, as was the seating around the pool, leaving no place to enjoy the view."

"Saw lots of influencers raving about this place. The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults. Breakfast at white oven was good In room dining was relatively fast and efficient Overall a good resort Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try. You can grab around easily."

"This is a new and clean hotel with lots of lush greenery, which contrasts beautifully with the blue of the pool and the sea. The front desk staff provided excellent service and gave comprehensive recommendations. The room is spacious and well-sized, and the balcony area is perfect for relaxing. The bathroom has separate wet and dry zones, so no water splashes out when you shower – it's brilliant! The bed is soft and comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows, making it easy to sleep in any position. 😂 The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and it never feels crowded. We enjoyed sitting in the open-air section, which was airy and comfortable."

"A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance."
