"The room didn't match the photos. The beds were two identical twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but strange because the headboards were bedside tables that had to be moved down to meet the beds. This left the headboard area empty. My boyfriend asked for an extra pillow... A while later, a male staff member knocked on the door to deliver it. My boyfriend was in the bathroom at the time, and I was walking from the bed to open the door. The staff member knocked twice because I might have been a bit slow, but it wasn't even a minute before he used a card to open the door and entered. I was really surprised by this. Luckily, I was already dressed and had engaged the internal lock, so he couldn't push the door all the way open. I hope they improve this, especially since we had just requested the pillow, were clearly in the room, and it was nearly 10 PM. The beds were soft and comfortable. There were two small swimming pools, but the kids liked them. The breakfast was a typical buffet with average taste."

"This is a new hotel and it's very clean. As soon as I entered the room, I could tell that the hotel did a thorough cleaning. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the air conditioning worked well. The service was good, and the breakfast was nice. The grilled pork skewers (Moo Ping) were delicious, though it's a shame they weren't available every day. Overall, I was impressed. The price was also reasonable."

"I'd recommend this hotel if you're only staying for two days. For three, four days, or longer, there are actually better options. The hotel offers very few recreational activities. The scenery is beautiful, and the pool is decent. The beach is small, and about 10 meters offshore, there are sharp rock formations, so you need to wear shoes to avoid cutting your feet. The surrounding area is also quite desolate and a considerable distance from the city center, which is inconvenient. The service is average. And don't believe the 2 PM checkout time displayed when booking; the front desk said the hotel was fully booked that day (even though the website showed the same room type available for booking and extension). Breakfast is plentiful! There are also tourists from all over the world: India, Southeast Asia, China, etc. The hotel room facilities are quite old (mainly the toilet, hairdryer, etc., which are inferior to those in a domestic three-star hotel). In summary, it's suitable for tourists staying one or two days; staying longer would be very, very boring, and getting to the central business district is particularly troublesome."

"The hotel has a charming retro French style, and there's a beautiful, enormous heart-shaped tree. With only a few rooms, it means fewer guests, which was great for avoiding crowds during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's a shame I booked late and could only get a corner suite. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. However, the bathtub was spotless, and I enjoyed a soak while looking out at the sea. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety, but the pork skewers were delicious. We ordered four dishes for dinner, and none of them were great; I'd recommend eating in town instead."

"Personally, I really loved the accommodation. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with great AC. For the bathroom, I'd suggest providing instructions for the taps, as I accidentally turned on the extremely hot water without realizing it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the Thai iced tea was delicious and not too sweet."

"VALA Hua Hin – I was very impressed, probably a 9.5/10. If you're looking for a place for a true relaxing getaway, staying mostly at the hotel and not focusing on sightseeing in the city, I highly recommend this place. The first thing I loved was the atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance. The design is in white and cream tones, minimalist, and every corner is photo-worthy, especially the swimming pool with the sea view – absolutely stunning. It’s so pleasant to look at, giving a sense of peace, perfect for recharging. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom had a well-defined wet and dry zone. All amenities were complete, including a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and various toiletries. You don't need to bring much. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight here. It’s huge, with a beachfront view, and every angle makes for a great photo. There are areas for lounging and poolside beds. You can either swim or just relax by the pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast was also impressive. There was a wide variety to choose from, including Thai food, Western dishes, salads, fruits, bread, coffee, and freshly made egg dishes. The overall taste was delicious, the quality was good, and they refilled the food constantly. All the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting guests. They were very helpful from check-in to check-out. I felt very well taken care of. One thing to be aware of before staying is that the hotel is located in the Cha-am area, not in Hua Hin city center. If you want to go to the city or the night market, you'll need to drive or call a Grab. But if your intention is to relax and spend all day at the hotel, I can tell you, you'll hardly want to leave. Overall, this is another hotel that I was very impressed with, including its cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and amenities. It offers great value for money and is suitable for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back to stay again. ❤️"

"I had an accidental slip and fall during my stay. The path by the pool was quite slippery, but the hotel took excellent care of me. A staff member accompanied me to the hospital for X-rays and a doctor's examination, ensuring I was completely fine. They covered all medical expenses, provided ice packs, and checked in on me throughout my stay. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with quality furnishings. Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was delicious. I'd suggest improving some facilities, such as the garden pool area, where there are several spots with rotting wood. The ground surfaces could also be made less slippery. The beach was clean. Overall, I was very impressed!"
