"The service was great, right from the valet staff. The location is excellent, right by the beach, just across the street. There are plenty of food options and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff kept it refilled and provided constant service. There's a swimming pool on the 17th floor and another one in front of the hotel, both convenient to use. However, the mattress was springy and not very comfortable, and there weren't enough foot towels, though you can ask for more."

"The hotel was exactly as pictured. A very varied breakfast buffet, courteous staff, and impeccably clean rooms. We were completely satisfied and would gladly recommend the hotel 😊"

"The rooms are good and the seaside atmosphere is excellent. Free bicycles are available. The swimming pool is very large and features a jacuzzi and a kids' slide. Even though there were fewer guests on weekdays, the breakfast was still extensive, including Eggs Benedict, *patongo* (Thai donuts), sticky rice with grilled pork, hot and iced Thai tea, and traditional coffee. Most importantly, there was a selection of Japanese breakfast sets available in the buffet, such as Tonkatsu pork set and Teriyaki chicken set."

"The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again."

"This is a small, charming and quiet resort. The private beach, though small, is clean and the water is crystal clear. The rooms have a French-style decor. Breakfast choices are limited but sufficient and very tasty. There's a daily shuttle to the city, which requires a reservation. If you're taking a taxi, Bolt is cheaper and faster than Grab. On the first day of the new year, the hotel owner came to the restaurant during breakfast to greet every guest, chat briefly, and offer well wishes."

"Personally, I really loved the accommodation. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with great AC. For the bathroom, I'd suggest providing instructions for the taps, as I accidentally turned on the extremely hot water without realizing it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the Thai iced tea was delicious and not too sweet."

"VALA Hua Hin – I was very impressed, probably a 9.5/10. If you're looking for a place for a true relaxing getaway, staying mostly at the hotel and not focusing on sightseeing in the city, I highly recommend this place. The first thing I loved was the atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance. The design is in white and cream tones, minimalist, and every corner is photo-worthy, especially the swimming pool with the sea view – absolutely stunning. It’s so pleasant to look at, giving a sense of peace, perfect for recharging. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom had a well-defined wet and dry zone. All amenities were complete, including a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and various toiletries. You don't need to bring much. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight here. It’s huge, with a beachfront view, and every angle makes for a great photo. There are areas for lounging and poolside beds. You can either swim or just relax by the pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast was also impressive. There was a wide variety to choose from, including Thai food, Western dishes, salads, fruits, bread, coffee, and freshly made egg dishes. The overall taste was delicious, the quality was good, and they refilled the food constantly. All the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting guests. They were very helpful from check-in to check-out. I felt very well taken care of. One thing to be aware of before staying is that the hotel is located in the Cha-am area, not in Hua Hin city center. If you want to go to the city or the night market, you'll need to drive or call a Grab. But if your intention is to relax and spend all day at the hotel, I can tell you, you'll hardly want to leave. Overall, this is another hotel that I was very impressed with, including its cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and amenities. It offers great value for money and is suitable for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back to stay again. ❤️"

"I had an accidental slip and fall during my stay. The path by the pool was quite slippery, but the hotel took excellent care of me. A staff member accompanied me to the hospital for X-rays and a doctor's examination, ensuring I was completely fine. They covered all medical expenses, provided ice packs, and checked in on me throughout my stay. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with quality furnishings. Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was delicious. I'd suggest improving some facilities, such as the garden pool area, where there are several spots with rotting wood. The ground surfaces could also be made less slippery. The beach was clean. Overall, I was very impressed!"
