Family-friendly Hotels in Surabaya

Good and satisfied stay. What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Thank you

The experience was good but somewhat marred by an experience at the Chinese restaurant Fu Xiang Hai. Its a great restaurant with wonderful staff and food. But for some reason as hotel guests we were not entitled to any discount, because we booked the room through trip.com? No one could give us a reason other than ”the hotel reception' said so. This was really disappointing as we had decided toneat there as we're guests in the hotel.

Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

Location is good, in the heart of West Surabaya, close with CW and many food stalls. Room is clean, wide enough, bed is comfy, and the have very good service n staffs too. Definitely will be back next time

Nice hotel. Overall experience is great! Check in was fast Room well maintained and clean. Very luxurious pool available but to bad on the day we stayed they have birthday event next to the swimming pool so very noisy and not comfortable. A great place for business or leisure stay as the hotel in the city center of Surabaya next to big Shopping Mall International style breakfast offers plenty of food selection. Chef are well trained. Indonesian specialties are a must try Room cleaner staff and the door man very helpful and well trained I would highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Surabaya Indonesia

Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya location is in the center of Surabaya, close to Gubeng station. Indomaret, Alfamart and Boncafe can be reached on foot. The check-in process can be said to be fast and only one room key is given. No deposit requested. The lobby has a quite attractive interior and is quite spacious even though it is not as good as newer hotels built Previously we occupied a room where the air conditioner not well fuction, after cleaning the filter we were told to wait 30 minutes and it still wasn't cold. We moved to other rooms and The staff helped us to move our luggage. After moving, the room we stayed in was cold, comfortable and clean. The interior of the room is not outdated and still looks modern. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable enough to be made to rest even though they are not big. Work desks and chairs are comfortable to work with even though the work chair is a bit high. There is an armchair to relax as well. The TV is 32” a bit small for watching TV. Wifi is smooth even though the speed is not fast. The minibar is provided with tea with the tongtji brand and unbranded sachet coffee. Mineral water is provided 4 bottles of 600 ml (2 in the minibar, 2 in the bathroom). What is very unfortunate is that drinking glasses use disposable plastic cups, and many other things that use a lot of plastic (plasticized towels, plasticized straws) Medium sized bathroom with sink, shower and closet. Provided 2 body towels wrapped in plastic. Amenities provided are shower gel, soap bar, shampoo, toothbrush, cotton bud, shower cup and sanitary bag. Shower using a rain shower and faucet. Swimming pool - Indoor pool for adults and children, unfortunately when I was there there was a table beside children's pool that what guest used for smoking Gym – Mini gym with 3 tools The breakfast variant can be said to be a 3-star standard with a fairly tasty taste. The menu includes fried rice, fried noodles, capjay, fish sauce, tempeh tofu orek, salad, fruit, cake, rawon/soto, egg station, guava juice, donuts, pudding, stew, waffles, pasta, potatoes,

The hotel is well located inside the big shopping mall of Surabaya downtown, hotel service is generally good, English of staff are great as well, just the hotel amenities during our stay were not satisfactory, especially the air-conditioning which was not stable...one room is too cold even after regulated where another room was stable. In addition, some amenities were not be fixed before offering the guests, such as some electrical sockets were broken and the door of the bathroom had terrible cracked sounds, other hotel necessities were provided only upon requests, such as shaver and cream; soaps, shower gel etc.... the priced charged was a bit higher than expected with this service. However, the breakfast buffet was the best offer and the feedback from the hotel chef, managers were fast and quite helpful which earned back a little good impression from us during our stay.

I'm quite amazed with the size of the room. Though it's only a Deluxe room. Unfortunately there was no sofa or extra seat in the room giving the size of the room. The hotel's fragrance is calming. Superb. Thumbs up to its front desk staff named Audrey. She made check in experience better than her colleague. Would recommend others to stay there and would definitely come again.

Today (23/12) i stay in Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya, I don’t know how many times i choose Crown Prince for my me time place. You can get what you expected. Nice staff from the doorstep. Warm and i don’t know how to say all the nice word for the staff. They did a great job for making me feel “always” like pulang kerumah. I hope in this uncertain situation, all the staff and employee always happy and healthy. Warm regards to all the staff from the doorstep and back office staff and all the employee. I can’t wait to stay in Crown Prince again. Love you!

This is for second time i was stayed at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya, first for business trip and second for Family Trip. We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.
