I’ve stayed in many Artour hotels in China, this one is by far the best one so far. Seems like it’s very new, rooms are super modern and in great condition. Love the smart toilet too!

I went out with a friend's family, same room type, same price, and checked in at the same time. I hope the rooms are closer together. I was informed that this room type is fully booked. My friend's house is on the 9th floor and we are on the 5th floor. Because it is indeed 10pm, which is understandable. . Hygiene: The room is like this. There is a cigarette butt on the balcony. I want to call the front desk to send the children's hygiene products, but I find that the phone cannot be connected. The phone is sticky and the table is sticky. I pick it up and take a look. The drink was spilled and not cleaned up Service: I called the front desk with my mobile phone, and someone came to deal with it immediately. The attitude was still good. I checked immediately and found that the previous tenant had unplugged the phone line, and they immediately changed the room for us. We just want to ask if there is one on the 9th floor. As a result, there were two vacant rooms of the same room type on the 9th floor, which was pretty cool. Later, they helped us change rooms, and their problem-solving skills are pretty good! In general, except for the front desk, the attitude was not very good. When I received a call when applying for the room card, I forgot the room card and ID card on another table. I asked her for them, and she said they were there. Later I got it myself. Suitable for casual stay, the facilities are still very new.

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務非常熱情，還升級了房間，可以看湖，風景很好。早餐非常豐富，非常適合出差旅遊。下次還會選擇這兒。

跟着爸爸出差，順便帶孩子遊玩，這個酒店真的超出預期，一樓大堂有辦公區，還有打印機，二樓是餐廳，健身房和洗衣房，真的是滿足我們一家三口所有需求。爸爸需要打印資料，小朋友經常弄臟衣服，早起不知道去哪兒吃點什麼，甚至於我們去哪兒逛都有攻略，旁邊就是太湖，小朋友遊玩設施多，真的是旅行度假超級舒適了，不僅酒店環境好，周邊環境也很晚，晚上還有免費的夜宵，超級推薦

服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，還給免費升了房間，早餐很好吃，衞生間有智能馬桶，下次去還會住這裏，真的很不錯。

酒店很大，環境很好，辦入住就可以喝到熱茶，晚上還有免費的深夜粥到，空調也很暖和，從陽台和電視機旁邊都可以看到湖，很喜歡♡=•ㅅ＜=）

酒店不錯的，停車方便，房間也還不錯，前台還幫我升級了！然後早餐也挺好的，不錯 然後晚上10點還有粥點，小點心

房間乾淨整潔，是新酒店非常好。地理位置不錯，可以看到太湖景色。湖景晚上很漂亮，早上跑步非常清新舒適。

1.酒店位置很醒目，一棟樓都是他的，開車自駕過來可以直接下地下車庫二層，位置很多，免費停車。最近的地鐵站在天鵝湖盪2號口，滴滴過去7分鐘樣子10塊錢，很方便，地鐵有8條線進城區玩特別通暢，一般50min左右。附近永旺和歌林都是吃喝用綜合體，兩個紅綠燈特別方便。 2.房間可以和前台商量，因為要視頻會議所以給了我們南邊的房間，還免費給升級了湖景房，特別好評。房間內呼吸器、應急手電筒、哨子都配了，安全還是有預案的。特別要説一下，晚上睡眠適合我們這種腰不好的，一覺到天亮，窗簾遮光也挺好的。門的隔音不錯，相對比較厚實，保險鏈條有個小開關，可以貼個小tip，方便尋找。小冰箱內有礦泉水、東方樹葉、可樂、小餅乾，然後酒店早餐在二樓2人以上適合買酒店季卡哦，很划算。晚上也有免費的夜宵，特別周到。 3.建議增加塑料防滑拖鞋方便洗澡，還有浴霸燈。特別是冬天這兩樣會直線提升幸福感，哪怕房間有中央空調。

環境挺好的一家酒店 環境：都挺好的很滿意 在太湖附近，酒店比較新，感覺住得挺舒服的 之前訂錯時間了，然後在前台處在攜程上重新定的高級大床房，價格就貴了100多，價格和幾木大床房也差不多了，晚了幾個小時後麪又看又變回700多了。

不錯，出來旅遊，衹要在城市裡，首選都是亞朵服務好，房間好，性價比也好。這次住的店服務更是好上加好，帶孩子去水上樂園，擔心下午回來沒地方洗澡，就問能不能晚點退房，算鐘點也可以，前台直接幫我延時退房了，安安心心帶孩子回來洗了澡再回家。

房間還是挺乾淨的，設施也還可以，有落地窗户，樓下有商場（新開的，吃的比較少）。就是走廊裏的香薰氣味有點上頭。 早餐也不給送一個，其他都還好。。。
