location is very central, convenient to get to both line 4 and line 6. however, room is dirty (used tissue hidden behind door) and amenities was lacking (only disposable towel was provided). there was a projector but even free to air channels could not be viewed. would only recommend for the convenience

Helpful staff, perfect location. However hotel is just not equipped for winter. Water temperature inconsistent and tiles that were installed on bathroom floor were freezing, no effective heating in the room as well. Would not recommend this during winter. Summer maybe okay.

Nice and clean, very good place to stay to visit Suzhou. They extended our stay because of the typhoon, very kind staff.

Hotel is very good, overall. The hotel facilities are very clean and it has clearly been recently refurbished. It's conveniently located in the modern city centre, around 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. None of the staff that I encountered spoke much English, but they are very helpful. The Hanfu rental was great, and is highly recommended if you're planning to visit the Garden of the Humble Scholar or other historic sites around the city. I'd seen other reviews suggesting that rental was limited to one outfit per room, but myself and my travel companion were both able to rent clothes (note, though, that no male clothes are available). Xinxin the cat is also very cute.

The room was pretty nice, but no elevator. However the staff are quite helpful and can bring your luggage. They have many traditional activities at the hotel. And the Location is perfect!!!!

The room is quite spacious, and the front desk lady is super nice! There are free Hanfu costumes for rent, and I wore them out for a day, and they looked great! The cats in the B&B are also super docile and can be rubbed. If you come to Suzhou for a trip, you can come to this place, it is very cost-effective🥰

The hotel is cozy and small. Suzhou is already cold in December, but the girl at the front desk and the room are very warm (the hotel proactively provided earplugs, but I didn't use them)~ The hotel is on Guanqian Street, not far from the main tourist attractions. There are many foods around the hotel, and it is also convenient to buy specialties~ Catch up with Yuan Dachang's annual winter wine sales period, and also participate in a limited queue to buy wine~ Next time I come to Suzhou, this will be my first choice. The Manhaoge vegetable buns next to it are so delicious that I bought 16 of them and flew home with me. They are really delicious; I really find it difficult to adapt to the sweet meat filling of Suzhou meat buns, so I refuse. There is a Qiaoshanshan beef rice noodle restaurant not far from the hotel, which is also very good. The sour soup is not spicy and appetizing.
