Nice and clean, very good place to stay to visit Suzhou. They extended our stay because of the typhoon, very kind staff.

Hotel is very good, overall. The hotel facilities are very clean and it has clearly been recently refurbished. It's conveniently located in the modern city centre, around 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. None of the staff that I encountered spoke much English, but they are very helpful. The Hanfu rental was great, and is highly recommended if you're planning to visit the Garden of the Humble Scholar or other historic sites around the city. I'd seen other reviews suggesting that rental was limited to one outfit per room, but myself and my travel companion were both able to rent clothes (note, though, that no male clothes are available). Xinxin the cat is also very cute.

The room was pretty nice, but no elevator. However the staff are quite helpful and can bring your luggage. They have many traditional activities at the hotel. And the Location is perfect!!!!

Very convenient

The room was not cleaned very well and could barely be used. The neighbors next door were renovating and making noise day and night. They used impact drills to demolish the building during the day and transported the demolished bricks and stones at night. It was still making noises at almost midnight. I was helpless and speechless! It seriously affected my rest! The sewer pipes in the house were not smooth and water overflowed from time to time! The legendary welcome drink and Hanfu experience were not asked by the front desk until I left... The location is good👍 It is super convenient to eat, drink and go shopping around.

The room is loved by the kids, it has tatami and a projector. Guanqian Street is right outside the door, and it is very close to Pingjiang Road and Suzhou Museum. If you take a taxi, get off at "Gongxiang No. 77", and walk a few steps to get there. We didn't know at first, and the taxi driver dropped us off behind Xuanmiao Temple. We had to cross Xuanmiao Temple and Guanqian Street. It's not very far, but as soon as we got off the train and the taxi, the kids wanted to go to the B&B to rest, so the location of the taxi was not very good. No one told us about the Hanfu experience, so we saw it but didn't try it on. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room, which is a bit unsafe. The door doesn't have that kind of ⛓ lock, so I felt a little uneasy when I slept at night. As for towels, we brought our own disposable towels. We only used one hotel towel on the first day. When washing our faces, we put it next to the wash basin to block water. After using it, we put it under the wash basin and found that it seemed that it had not been changed for three days. The front desk service attitude was very good, and they could provide help in time if there was anything we needed. Suzhou is still worth a visit, but it is too hot. Fortunately, the location of the B&B is relatively good, and I can go back to take a shower and rest for a while at noon.

Came to Suzhou from Shandong and really looked at many hotels. Because of the tatami bed, I chose Qiyun Xinshe. Although it is two 1.2-meter mattresses, they are connected together so that the child will not fall off and there is room for extension. The hotel is located in the most prosperous Guanqian Street in Suzhou, Zhenzhu Lane. Nearby is the Zhenzhu Hotel. The front is bustling and lively, but the hotel is quiet and free. The front desk is very small. There is a leisure area inside. You can also wear Hanfu to experience it. There are several cute cats. The front desk staff who received us on the first day were very warm and hospitable. They recommended us food and fun. We were in a hurry, but it was also a good mood to meet people who care about others. The children really like watching TV with the projector in the room. Let's go to the next stop, Suzhou Zaiwei.
