Narada Resort & Spa Hotels in Suzhou

Beautiful place to stay at, and is adjacent to Pan Men Attraction spot. There’s a swimming pool, koi fish in the pond & many beautiful spots to take photo at. The structure of the hotel is very pretty & reminisce of ancient dynasty palace. But this also comes with its challenges, there is separate lift & stairs hence do find the correct spot/plan ahead before bringing your elderly family members around the area. Hotel staff does not look as friendly as those from other cities but they get the job done! We were met with typhoon

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

The hotel is quite new and is well located next to a major shopping center in Suzhou's ”new”er district. Check in was quite smooth and staff at front desk is very helpful. The room was well appointed but slightly disappointed at the slightly small-ish living space due to the large bathroom, a smaller than expected walk-in closet with little room for suitcase and lack of larger/second sofa in the room which made lounging a bit more difficult in the room. The room was otherwise comfortable with curtain wall glazing allowing good light penetration, the bedding is good with most IHG products, and the bathroom is comfortable with a large egg-shell type bathtub with excellent view outside. I am slightly disappointed with the breakfast, which although had most of what is on offer at most 5 star hotel, is a very self service affair even with coffee. I found the breakfast selection slightly below average and the western offering is slightly below par (The hotel is mainly forcused for domestic visitors and without international TV offerings) but I have a higher expectation for a five star hotel. The breakfast feels more like a canteen than a five star hotel breakfast, and although quite relaxing it is a bit under serviced iimho. Overall it is a good hotel and well connected with conveinent access to metro. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well appointed. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities of the hotel but from what I gather they are quite well appointed as well. I would say the F&B at the hotel is a bit of a let-down and the room can benefit with larger living space.

Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

We rented a suite that had the tub on the deck. The room was very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the tub, and the view was amazing. The room was one of the nices hotel rooms I have stayed in China. The food in the restaurant was not great. We ordered a burger that was not hamburger. I am not sure what it was, but it was strange (It was hard meat that tasted like rubber). We thought the club sandwich was also less than appealing and the pizza was undercooked. The french fries and spring rolls were good. The dinner buffet was pretty decimated by the time we got to it. The only saving grace was having a hot pot on the table, which was really good. The hot spring resort is next door and really great. It costs around 200 RMB per person to go there and they provide a robe, slippers and lockers. The hotel is off the beaten path with nothing around, but I did not mind this. It is very peaceful with good views. Our son enjoyed the hotel and what it offered. I would stay there again for a weekend get away, but probably go somewhere else for food. That is difficult given the location.

I brought my family to a hotel with a very good environment next to Tongli Lake. The waiters were very friendly. When checking in, a young lady provided welcome tea. The person who checked in was a girl named Qiu. Seeing that there was an elderly person with limited mobility, she offered to help us coordinate to a room close to the elevator. The service was attentive. Housekeepers Xiaohui and Xiaoyu helped push our luggage and accompanied us to the room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Thank you ladies for your considerate service. My family is very satisfied.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)
