Hotels Near Shiquan River Wuyanchang Wharf in Suzhou

I booked 2 bedroom suite for my stay in this hotel , their room is big enough for 4 adults , their breakfast are many of choice and delicious , the location is best for travel around , walking distance to famous tourist spot and restaurant .

I recently stayed 1 night at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is new, modern, and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and helpfulness made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Whether it was providing recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, their attention to detail and genuine care was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great facilities, but for the outstanding service that made my stay unforgettable.

Overall, the location of the hotel is near to metro and walking distance can reach tourist area so you can save on transportation fee. The room is clean and it’s comfortable. The service of the staff can be improved as compared to other hotels I stay in China.

Their lobby, gym and washing machine located at 2nd floor. There is a lot restaurants and cafes nearby. Next to the hotel got a very nice local Egg Cake （蛋饼） stalls and opposite got Luckin Coffee. MRT station and train station also nearby, very convenient to travel around. We have a very pleasant stay at Andu hotel, they even provided soft drinks and snacks. Room got 2 toilets, cleanliness approved and room soundproof so far good for us. But there is no robot send Mei Tuan to your room, all the riders will send your foods to your room directly. Btw, saw a lot peoples review about the hairdryer is Dyson, please at the photo...this is not Dyson!!!! Last but not least, luckily we didn't step on a landmine to stay in this hotel. Thank you for the pleasant stay and great service from all the staffs.

I really liked the hotel a lot! The room is really spacious and comfortable, the inner courtyard is beautiful and the location is great within Gusu! The only slight drawback which i supposed can't be held in an old building is that I found several bugs in the room, in particular across the bed. Also room service forgot a nail on top of it - I am guessing otherwise I have no idea how it got there. Everything else was clean and well managed. Would definetly come again!

This was a last minute booking for me and my friend as it was late and we were too tired to travel the long journey back home. So we decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful experience for us. This is my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our needs at that hour of the day. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great as well and just what we needed to travel back home. Definitely a favourite hotel for me.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

I was quite satisfied. The waiter was responsive and didn't mind being disturbed at night. He was able to cooperate with my requests. He was willing to provide disposable masks and was very careful to let me take them myself. I don't often stay in non-chain hotels because I'm worried about hygiene issues, but this one is pretty good. I accidentally booked a windowless room, but I didn't feel stuffy. The trip to Suzhou was very smooth. I am grateful for the efforts of the staff!

Was upgraded to suite on non-smoking floor, although in the morning, I found a guest smoking in the lift lobby on non smoking floor. Nice hotel with restaurants in the building. Easy travel by Didi to Suzhou Train Station. Chinese breakfast.

Location: Right by the lake in Suzhou Bay East Taihu Resort, opposite the Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, cinema, Suzhou Bay Museum, East Taihu Ecological Park, etc.; you can stroll to the Taihu Lake; next to it is the Sasseur Outlet Mall, which has food and drink places; there are also several high-end restaurants by the Taihu Lake - not many people during the National Day holiday, suitable for vacation and leisure Transportation: Take Metro Line 4, Suzhou Bay East, and take a taxi in a few minutes. The taxi fare is less than 10 yuan. I personally think it is very convenient. You can also ride a shared bicycle, or walk here if you are willing. The environment along the way is good. There are large supermarkets such as Mixc, Wuyue Plaza, and Yonghui near Metro Line 4; Room: I booked a twin-bed lake view room. The room itself is not particularly large, but the bathroom is large, the room is modern, with a smart toilet, a nice bathtub, double washbasins, a Delong kettle, and a Nestle capsule coffee machine; the hotel is very attentive to provide children's slippers, children's bath gel and toothbrushes [snickering R] Taihu Lake view, you can watch the sunrise and sunset in the room, it is more beautiful at sunset, and you can also see the fountain show on the lake at night. The rooms of this hotel are in a circular shape, and the best view should be the lake view suite; Breakfast: There are a lot of varieties, and I personally think it is still very suitable for my taste; it’s just that there are a lot of people during the National Day holiday, and all the restaurants are full. Service: I like the meticulous service of this hotel. When checking in, someone came up to send us a welcome drink (kumquat tea is delicious); the customer manager took us to the room after checking in, told us about the room layout, the use of facilities and introduced the surrounding attractions; then added WeChat to serve at any time; there are welcome fruits and night milk and Tremella soup. I especially like my manager Wang Le Ni, who was considerate and enthusiastic in service. She reminded me of the fountain show start time at any time in the evening and promptly asked me for follow-up needs. In addition, I booked the hotel in two separate orders, and the room types of the two orders were different. When the rooms were so tight during the holidays, the hotel also thoughtfully helped me arrange to adjust to the original room type for a stay, so I didn't have to bother changing rooms! The details of the hotel facilities and the surrounding area are shown in the picture. If you are on a leisure vacation, I recommend this hotel. You can order takeout and fruit slices. It's also nice to enjoy the lake view room while watching the scenery! The hotel also thoughtfully sent a cake I think I will come here again for a leisure vacation next time
