There was a bit of unnecessary noise from the air conditioner while I was sleeping, but overall it was a satisfactory stay for the price. The extra bed was okay and the location is great!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was okay, though the menu never changed. Nice :) The room was spacious, with a short walk to Coles and the train station. Skipping housekeeping earned us $10 F&B credits for 2 cups of coffee. The balcony was handy for drying clothes. The hotel would be perfect if it had a washer for laundry. We initially planned to cook in the kitchen, but the nearby food was too delicious to skip, so we ended up not cooking. No water was provided, and toothbrushes were available upon request. Bathtub was great. 2 rollaway beds provided with 2 pillows on each bed.

I put the empty cigarette box on the tea table. I didn't smoke in the room. The hotel said I smoked in the hotel and fined me $355. It was pure bullying. They also said I covered the smoke detector in the room with a plastic bag. I didn't do that. I assure every Chinese. Australian people are a bit bullying.

The room wants to be cleaned, but the dirt on the balcony has not been cleaned.
There were residual paper towels on the bathroom floor and they were not removed.
We were not given new towels, just replenished bath towels.
There are not many paper towels in the room, one is for toilet roll and one is for toilet paper.
