A business hotel near the station, but not super near. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The area is a little seedy, though. Bed was surprisingly soft. Room was clean but some areas showed signs of age and disrepair that could have been attended to by the hotel staff

The bed is very small, so you should be a couple or very good friends. The experience was fine, but it is true that the trains make noise through the night — they end at midnight and start at 5am. You should bring earplugs and put the humidifier on for white noise, and then its fine! The area is not too bad. Yes, there are girls clubs around, but it didn't feel unsafe or skechy.

Arrived at 1am and still had staff to help me with the check in process. The room was more than enough for solo travellers and the hotel is at a convenient spot for food even late at night. Would definitely book again.

Overall it’s an okay hotel. Room price is cheap compared to hotels in the same neighbourhood. Amenities and services match the quality of a 2.5/3 star hotel. Location, though, is the main issue. Located right across from a male entertainers club and a male focused massage place. I would advise solo female travellers and parents with kids to refrain from booking this hotel.

The location is good, but the main entrance is on the side. You have to walk to the end to see the hotel entrance. There is no sign and you can't find it. Because I wanted to save money, I chose a smoking room. The smell was very strong, but it was very considerate to have an air purifier in the room. Even though I stayed on the 6th floor, I could still hear the tram passing by outside. The attitude of the counter staff is very good. It is acceptable to choose to stay one night for convenience👍🏼

The location is very good, and you can walk to Tachikawa Station in two or three minutes. There are coin-operated self-service laundry machines and dryers on the first floor. The front desk is small, clean and sanitary, and there are many self-service items. The street outside is very clean, and there are many restaurants around the shopping district.

The surrounding area is not very safe. Amenities are also not very complete. I think the room is clean. A microwave was installed in the room.

A few minutes walk from the south exit of Tachikawa Station. It's a bad place, probably because there are restaurants and adult entertainment stores around it. The room was covered in dust, and I looked at the dust that had piled up on the handle of the refrigerator. I don't even feel like using it. Every part of the table has a Dinoc seat. If it is white due to scratches or stains, or if there is any peeling of the sticker, It's still there, what's going on? I had to find a place to stay in a hurry, and I chose it based on price alone. Still, for just under 10,000 yen, I doubt the level of hotels in Tokyo. Especially in West Tokyo, I will never stay there again.

The bedspread in the room was very dirty. I changed the room and it was still about the same. It's a three-minute walk from the tram station. There's still a lot of food nearby.

We had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay. The washroom was very clean and I took a relaxing bath. The bed was spacious and I slept well. I could hear the train in the morning, but it didn't bother me that much.
