The facilities are good, but I don't know why I can't watch the TV while lying on the bed. I can only watch it while sitting on the sofa. The breakfast is still very good, considered very high-end. The quality of the service staff is really not good, especially the boys at the counter who respond to customer questions in a mechanical way. I don't know how the hotel is trained and educated. This level cannot keep up with the standards of other countries. In short, everything else is pretty good, but the quality of the staff needs to be improved.

There is a refreshing smell as soon as you enter the hotel lobby. It is open 24 hours a day. You can go downstairs and look at the wall bookshelves filled with various books. The overall environment is very comfortable. I stayed in a backpacker room tonight, and the guests in the room had relative restraint in not letting the noise disturb others!

Old furniture and building. Provide free car parking which is great in center of Tainan, but need to stamp at lobby ticket which guardian gives you at parking. When I have asked for separate blanket (for double bed) they said they only can give plaid. When they has given it to me I found it is stinky, so I asked them to change for clean.

Boutique hotel is beautiful and attractive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean but have two big pillars in the room. Air conditioner is cold. Nice location, foods is surrounded, just walk around you can find what food you want. Tourist attractions are also nearby. You can call a taxi or grab to go somewhere farther away. The map inside the lift is very useful.
