We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

Last minute booking made with this hotel ended up as my favourite accomodation in TW till date. Service was awesome. There was always a hotel staff opening the main door for guests to enter. Receptionist was friendly and offered a free upgrade to suite. Upgraded room was very spacious and clean. Came with Loccitane toiletries. Seems that guests are mainly Japanese. Location is quite convenient with shops nearby. A pity I got to check out before sunrise to catch an early morning flight. Would stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

This is the third time I have stayed at Jiamei, and the quality of service is still maintained. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the pillows are not hard,-I feel that it is dawn, only-a small episode. It will be repaired in half an hour without affecting the accommodation. Breakfast-it is simple, but there are porridge, green vegetables, omelette, bread milk, coffee, fruit, so that you can eat very full, feel satisfied, I highly recommend Jiamei, and I will go to stay again when I have the opportunity.

Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

The first time I lived in such a great youth hostel, the privacy was high and quiet, and there was coffee to drink 🤣 I saw such a high evaluation on the reservation website and wanted to study it. I didn’t expect to find a treasure youth hostel. The location is also good. The Taipei Station MRT Station is less than 3 minutes away, and there is an elevator. Large luggage is ok. I am too lazy to walk. It is close to the MRT in the city center. It is too convenient. It is the first time to live in such a great youth travel. The privacy is high and quiet. There is also coffee to drink. 🤣 I saw such a high evaluation on the reservation website and wanted to study it. I didn't expect to find a treasure youth hostel. The location is also good. The Taipei Station MRT Station is less than 3 minutes away. There is an elevator. The large luggage is ok. I am too lazy to walk. It is close to the MRT in the city center. It is too convenient. 😂

The transportation is not convenient, and it takes about 10 minutes to the subway station. But the room is clean and the service staff is friendly. I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

- Paid extra for a better room, Totally Worth It! Big and clean, but no view - Great location, easy access to the Taipei main station. I can get to anywhere easily. My Tainan friend caught a High Speed Rail to visit me, it was easy for her to get here - I would recommend to go straight up to the ground and drag your suitcase on the street with you if you are taking the Airport Express to Taipei station (Do not walk all the way to the MRT train closet exit because there are stairs) - I like the restroom, bathtub and shower. The Japanese washlet is fantastic because you cannot just throw toilet paper in the toilet in Taiwan - Bed is a bit too firm for me, personally prefer softer mattress - Breakfast has limited choices, I wish there are more - Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was waiting for a shop to restock something, since I didn’t have a local number, I left the hotel number to the shop, and big thanks to Peggy for her help!!!

I have booked a total of 3 nights in this hotel. We have encountered some confusion during the check in as the hotel renamed recently from Hedo to Le Room, and the room size or features of the room we booked initially. Nevertheless, we appreciated the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade during our stay. Perhaps there is renovation works going on in the building or around the building, they provided us a set of ear plug and I believed the complimentary breakfast was provided for the compensation. Nice breakfast spread. Strong connection for their Wifi. However, their pillow is too soft for me. Air con is not consistent, sometime in the middle of the night, the temperature may be a bit too warm for me. The water pressure is strong but sometimes the water suddenly become cold for 1-2sec. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as the location was strategic. Walking distance to Ximending and exit z10 to the underground mall. The staff is also quite patience and able to compromise our request

This is probably my 3rd or 4th time staying at Cityinn branch II or III. It’s definitely not one of those fancy hotels with a gym or pool BUT their service is impeccable and awesome. I would always like to comment on Jay at branch III, always cheerful and helpful even though he is alone working! Please give him a raise!!! I would definitely choose Cityinn as my first choice whenever I visit Taiwan! Thank you once again for the warm stay!

The service staff is very careless to go to work. Just entering the room feels so dark, I feel not comfortable, ask for a room change and say no. I am ok I have something to do the next day. I have to add another day and want to change rooms. I said that I would like to check out at 12 o'clock and check in at 3 o'clock. Just when I am new, do I still not change it? I don't like that one. Is it so hard to change one? The counter answered me that I would still give me the same room if I did this. They didn't change it to me. Only one room was given to me (Obviously it is weekdays and the Internet is also booked. I check out and check in or only this one? I didn't change it to me. Then how about I book one more? I don’t think it’s reasonable, but I can’t communicate. I don’t have to continue arguing... But the feeling is really bad.
