mon to friday there won’t be any concierge services available and only weekend there would be a staff to assist. poor cleaning services as well, hotel rooms will not be clean as they would only clear the trash and provide towel. poor service . unable to navigate our way to the hotel room as no front desk service available . no password was given to enter our rooms as well as very stressful experience. poor service. won’t recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel room was very tidy, the staff was very friendly, and overall I was very satisfied. The only drawback is that the hairdryer has too little power and is not hot enough, which may be more annoying for people with long hair. In addition, the toilet board in the double room does not have a buffer function. Moreover, the water pipe in the room is very noisy. Every time I turn on the faucet to take a shower upstairs, it also makes a very loud sound. The pillow is very flat and has no support. If you have any requirements for pillows, please bring your own pillow

I will never go to this hotel again! As soon as I entered the room and put down my suitcase, I couldn't even walk. There were bugs on the sheets. I booked for three nights. I stayed there for one night and felt uncomfortable. I wanted to check out early but they didn't give me a refund. There was no 24-hour front desk service, so the service was not adequate. , the quality is not up to standard, I just booked the other two nights outside and it was better than this one! Cheap, big and clean! There is also a 24-hour front desk service! Already given negative reviews online! I also advise my friends not to book this place! Tourists’ true feelings are not fake!

The front desk has limited hours. If necessary, you can only call another hotel and the staff will come over. 

It will be more cost-effective to book two days at a time.
