I love the hotel! My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room and toilet was very clean, with daily housekeeping service, and the bed was very comfy. Check in and check out was quick. Room service breakfast was very scrumptious at a very responsible price. Certainly a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back the next time I’m ever in Taipei! Only downside is that it is located 10 mins walk away from Ximen station, it is, however, near Xiaonanmen station which is 5 minutes away. Not a dealbreaker for me though. You can always Uber from Ximen to the hotel at around 100NTD :)

Room was generally clean but mould stains in toilet on the floor and on the rubber shower mat were pretty off putting. Bedside tables were also quite badly chipped. Good local breakfast spots nearby, and conveniently located right next to Wanhua station. Gym has no weights, so wouldn’t really call it a gym.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Palais de Chine was a very grand hotel and the atmosphere made us feel like we were in a castle. The room was excellent with a bathtub in the shape of a water droplet and a very beach resort-like shower. The minibar drinks were all free so we could drink all of them to our heart’s content as it would be refilled the next day. Suggest to replace alcohol drinks to more soft drinks or ********* tea drink. The housekeepers were friendly and housekeeping was fast. The coffee and tea were good and the TV could be broadcasted and there were many interesting channels. The location was good and near MRT stations to get to other places easily. The WiFi was excellent and fast and the beds were big and comfy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Palais de Chine and I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near the MRT Ximen Station Exit 6. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Rooms are clean everyday. There is a mini pantry at the lobby. So reheating food and water is not a problem. The night market is also near the area, a few steps and you are already there. The hotel is a decent one for the tight budget travelers. We are a family of 3 and they provided our needs during our 4 days stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Before commenting on the hotel, we wanted to share some of our own experiences with those who travelled to this hotel on their own. We arrived at the airport at about 5pm and went to the Flying Dog Bus counter as suggested by the Forum members. Based on the information we found, the bus was supposed to take us to the hotel or close enough to the hotel. But instead, we were told they would not take us to the hotel door until after six o'clock. Before 6 o'clock, they will only put guests on the designated bus route and then take a taxi to the location they are going to. In short, if you arrive at the airport before 5:30, then it is recommended to take the Guoguang bus. After the next time at the terminal (Taipei Central Station), take the MRT to Ximending. Pros: -The location is good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Ximending Station. -All rooms have free Internet access. Try using the wireless connection. If you don't have a network cable yourself, you can borrow one from the front desk. - Basic supplies: hairdryer, kettle, free bottled water and tea - very clean Cons - hotel entrance hidden in a narrow alley and easy to miss. Just look for the World Express pastry shop on the main road. There are huge neon lights on the top side of the hotel, which is useful when looking for it from a distance. - Shower and bathtub are integrated. As a business hotel, we expect them to install a shower curtain, but maybe they think it will cost too much. So you can imagine the mess after each shower. -No useful maps available. Those maps that could be used only marked the subway line, and there was no address information or anything like that. - the lighting in the room was poor. It was too dark for ladies who wanted to make up. -Close to a government building, so if you want to walk around naked in the room, it is recommended to close the curtains. -The front desk clerk doesn't seem to know much about the attractions. -Breakfast coupons are issued at the front desk every morning, dining at the fast food restaurant on the main road, just at the exit of the narrow alley. There are about four or five packages to choose from, but the two must be the same (for both of us)! That is so stupid! The food is not good either.

Awesome hotel, nearby MRT station, downstair have local night market, a lot of local food to eat. Highly recommended for the hotel, I book for superior double room, rooms are bright enough, corridors are wide and the sound proof effect is really good, amenities is great 👍🏻 they provide free luggage storage for customer who waiting to check in or after check out too.. Have a self service laundry room for us to clean n dry our clothes, it do sell detergent too, hassle free .

Hotel is very conveniently located beside the Taipei Main station. Exit M3 and turn left and hotel is just a few steps ahead. This is my 2nd time stay at the hotel. Room is not spacious but very clean with windows. Bath tub has sliding door instead of the usual shower screen which is nice. Complimentary welcome coffee/drink coupons which is redeemable at cafe beside the front desk. From hotel exit, turn left and there’s a small lane which has an eatery that sells dumpling which is very juicy and tasty. Enjoyed the stay and will stay again in future.

A hotel that has been open for less than two years is a very low-key hotel. Many people in Taipei do not know it, but it does not mean that it is hidden in a corner of the city, giving people a quiet and inconvenient feeling. On the contrary, it is the hotel closest to Yongkang Street and Lishui Street in Taipei's food street. The location is just above Exit 8 of MRT Dongmen Station. After the Xinyi Line opened last year, it has a very superior location. Why do many Taipei people do not know that it exists, because it is on the upper floor of the East Gate Post Office, and the door is on the cross street next to the post office, so most people are walking on Xinyi Road and will not pay attention to it, but it is just opposite the intersection of Xinyi Road, Lishui Street. The adjacent Yongkang Street is 100 meters away. The reception hall is on the 3rd floor and the 4-12th floors are all guest rooms. There is a lift, but because the size of the hotel is not large, it generally does not need to wait too long. Stayed in the Yaxuan room on the same day, in the independent corner of the floor, so it was very quiet. The room is small and the equipment is simple, but very clean. Although the hotel's positioning is a business travel, according to the equipment, individuals feel that it should be more suitable for 1-2 people for short-term travel, because there is no closed wardrobe and ironing equipment in the room. Although the room is small, the bed is very comfortable. The most special style is to give full play to its advantages in the store. Use a small wall to mark Yongkang Street and Lishui Street, and even many well-known shops in the entire Shida business district and briefly introduce them, so that people who come to travel outside can understand more. It is a value-added service provided for Qian Business Travel to play smartly on the ground, which is worthy of praise. Of course, with the passage of time, individual stores have closed their business, but they have not been updated in time on the map, which is a fly in the ointment. But no matter what, it has the effect of throwing bricks and jade for the guests, reminding them that there are many treasures worth discovering nearby. Overall, due to the excellent location, simplicity and tranquility are its main advantages. In another perspective, simpler devices can reduce costs and improve cost performance, and it is not a smart move. For guests who like to go to Taipei to find local food, they need a hotel with convenient transportation and clean peace. They don't want to spend on unimportant equipment and don't want to live in a 3-star hotel with more people and old. The Qian Business Travel is one of the best options.

This is the third time I have stayed at Jiamei, and the quality of service is still maintained. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the pillows are not hard,-I feel that it is dawn, only-a small episode. It will be repaired in half an hour without affecting the accommodation. Breakfast-it is simple, but there are porridge, green vegetables, omelette, bread milk, coffee, fruit, so that you can eat very full, feel satisfied, I highly recommend Jiamei, and I will go to stay again when I have the opportunity.

Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

位於西門町商圈內，生活機能相當便利，服務人員非常親切，經過櫃檯不論進或出，都很熱情的打招呼，環境整潔非常值得讚許，整個大廳可以說「窗明几淨」，二十四小時都有櫃檯人員，旅店在小巷子裏面，雖然位於西門町徒步區衹有幾公尺，但感覺不到吵雜聲，或許是因為住房時的樓層比較高，不過由一樓大廳往外走時，其實感覺不到這裏就是西門町。 這次訂的房型應該算是「行政套房」，辦公桌、茶几、沙發、乾濕分離的浴室、免治馬桶以及個人訂房的重點（檜木浴缸），住宿含早餐，有中式與西式兩種選擇，為每人一份的套餐，飲料則是無限享用，已CP值來說，個人算是相當滿意。 小插曲：早餐沒吃飽，害羞的小小聲詢問服務人員「我沒吃飽，能不能再點一份」「可以啊，請問您要點哪一種」，全程笑臉陪伴，對於現作餐點需等候片刻也能耐心說明，頓時感動分數又加了不少分。服務業大多一樣，令顧客滿意的服務固然重要，然令顧客感動的服務卻往往可遇不可求。未來再訪西門町時，「能量旅店西門館」絕對是我的首選。

Very good location, not far from Ximending. There's a lot of food in that area and there's a 2nd hand shop as well. The owner of the hotel is very cute and hospitable. The rooms may not be very spacious. It is more suitable for people who do not have a lot of luggage. But I sleep comfortably. Coincidentally, we reserved a room that accommodates 4 people, but actually only 2 people stayed. It felt okay, not too uncomfortable, but the room might not keep sound very well.

I chose the hotel due to its location. It is across the road from the museum, has a convenience store close by, plenty of food places, and a Metro station is just 200m away with the main railway station just 400m away. My room had wifi/internet and a bar fridge. I stayed here twice and was mostly satisfied. Better rooms are on the front of the building. The back rooms have no view and sound carries between them via a light well. English speaking by staff is mixed. They do have a left luggage facility if you arrive early or are departing late. Not all staff understand such requests.

Friendly and helpful staff. The only concern would be the sink is located in the bedroom and the sounds of the neighbours using the facilities and moving the furniture can be heard if you’re on the floor below. However to circumvent that issue, i had ear plugs to block out the sound. I had body spray to defuse the odor of the sink. Every major attraction is within walking distance;ximending, chiak suk memo and best of all, there was a retail store to load up on supplies and basic necessities.
