Service staff was friendly. Food was great, with a lot of locally sourced ingredients. There is a private outdoor onsen as well as separate onsens (outdoor and indoor). Overall a very nice experience!

We tried to book this lesser known hotel in the area and guess what, we were glad we did got the opportunity to stay in this lovely hotel. The staff was kind and sincere even though they tried their best to speak converse with us in english. The room we stayed in was those like ryokan kind with a toilet in it. Shower area are shared among other guests which is linked to a shared indoor and outdoor onsen areas as well. They have a private onsen as well which you do not need to book, just need to lock the door outside to inform people that you're using it. The best part of this experience is that we opted for dinner and breakfast and we were just blown away especially the dinner course menu. They provided like 10 different type of dishes for you to taste which includes the iconic hida beef as well! Everything for one night is so affordable around SGD $200+ which is definitely worth it!

The hotel is so comfortable. I can stay two more days next time. The breakfast is very exquisite. The service is also very good. There are open-air hot springs and private hot springs. It is 5 minutes away from the Hirayu Onsen Bus Station. It is very convenient to travel

It was a pretty good accommodation experience, with a Japanese-style feel in every aspect. Since the landlord has certain requirements for things, even the breakfast was thoughtfully arranged, and I was very satisfied.

The location is very good, within a 5-minute walk from Hirayu Bus Terminal. Clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the hot springs are very comfortable. The boss and staff are warm and welcoming, and there are warm blessing notes after check-out.

Because I only met the boss, the whole service was very friendly. Even though Abo's English was mediocre, I could feel his sincerity. There are indoor or outdoor hot springs in the B&B, which are highly recommended. The Hida beef meal that comes with dinner is also quite delicious! If you want to enjoy an affordable and local hot spring hotel in Okuhida, this is the right place.

Traditional Japanese-style inn, with a toilet and a washbasin in the room. You have to go to the public hot spring pool to take a bath. There are two outdoor hot spring pools to soak in, which is very good. We booked breakfast and dinner, the ingredients are very good, with a rich variety, and there is also Hida beef. The hotel is not far from the bus stop, and it is very convenient to walk there.

Rich dinner, friendly boss

Because our car didn’t have snow gears that day, but it was snowing heavily. We asked the boss for help, and he was happy to help us call the car rental company and find snow chains at nearby gas stations. Then the boss helped us install snow chains, which was really heartwarming because we felt helpless at the time. Really appreciate his kind assistance.

The room is run by an old grandfather and is relatively old-fashioned. There are few people, the facilities are complete and very clean. There are two outdoor hot springs. The room is also very warm and hot tea will be prepared. The breakfast is simple and delicious.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the owner's service is very good. You can also make dinner reservations inside, and there are large baths and open-air hot springs. There is really nothing to choose. If I come next time, I will live again.
