由於特殊時期，第一次入住這家酒店，總體尚好，酒店衞生不錯，但房間內有一股“寵物”的味道，遺憾的是房間內的洗髮水和沐浴液均已到瓶子的底部，護髮素衹有一個空瓶子擺設，無法滿足我們二位的正常洗澡使用這些。酒店位置不錯，酒店大堂，房間佈局都到位，整體看上去有些陳舊的感覺，酒店早餐尚可，歐陸式早餐，酒店網頁上註明了是每天下午3：00可以辦理入住，但我們三點半到達該酒店，前台告訴我們電腦慢，要求我們再等一下，此時我看到了從酒店外進來的多位顧客走到前台，客服很快就辦理了入住手續，我們等到下午的四點多鐘了，有些着急了，再次詢問前台客服，客服説再等一會，已經反應給經理了，大概是4：15分左右，前台客服給我們辦理了入住手續，由於我們特殊情況諮前台詢客服今天入住客房較晚是否可以給我們延誤到1：00鍾退房，前台客服答覆我們不可以必須12：00辦理退房，很無奈啊，不盡人意的酒店條款專門約束入住的客人，沒有約束提高酒店的管理水平，賓至如歸是酒店的服務宗旨！希望該酒店提高為入住的顧客服務意識！

The worst thing about this stay was that they never came to clean the room. I was there for 8 days and 5 of those days, I requested that they clean it, they never cleaned it. Terrible service. My daughter got an allergy because of the carpet, which was not even vacuumed.
