the hotel location is good ,near the Lamlam bus station (grand plaza),the staffs are kind ,friendly and helpful. It is very safe while travelling in Guam .

The hotel is new renovation, clean and convenient for shopping. Front desk is also very friendly to greet all guests. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.

Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .

The hotel is good value for money and the location is perfect for local American restaurants (Chillis, Hard Rock Cafe etc). There were a few occasions where we had to request a room clean and coffee as their policy is “if there are opened suitcases” cleaners do not make up your room. This wasn’t communicated before which was a pain as towels should be replaced daily. Apart from this everything else is great and I would recommend staying here.

It seems to be the best value for money hotel! The staff are all very friendly and it's clean!! I didn't see a single bug ㅎㅎ It's just a bit old, which is typical of Guam hotels, but it wasn't dirty or anything. It's a good hotel for students to stay at when they come to visit with their friends! The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area and the beach, so you can get around without having to rent a car ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The location wasn't bad either! And even if you go far away, you can pay the hotel (around $10-$30) and request a pick-up service, so you can go far away without worrying! I recommend it👍

It was very clean, the location was good, and the staff were kind. I had a comfortable stay. However, I was a little concerned about the hot water in the shower. I would definitely like to use it again next time, so I would be even happier if this point was improved.

The hotel facilities are very good in Guam, and the room size is also OK, but the location is a bit far from the seaside resort hotels. What surprised me was that when I checked in on the first night, it was already night, and the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, so I had to park on the lawn outside.

Very good, very convenient to go anywhere, 19 minutes walk to [Tumon Bay], all kinds of food around, there is a Japanese ramen 🍜 restaurant on the main street outside the hotel 🏨, delicious 😋 But 🏨 there is a public beach 🏖️ opposite, which is also very convenient Facilities: very new Sanitation: quite good Environment: OK, domestic all-season feeling Service: very good, very enthusiastic, communication can be done with translation software

Is there any other hotel in Guam that has YouTube & Netflix????!!!🩷 This is one of the great advantages of traveling on vacation. T Galleria 10-minute walk, Tumon Beach 10-15 minutes walk (if you go to Fujita Beach, it's a 10-minute walk) If you're going to rent it anyway, I think the location is good even though it's not close to the shopping mall. We didn't go for luxury goods, so there was no inconvenience at all. And it was great because it wasn't a carpeted floor!!! The lobby restrooms are nice, and the lobby is clean and nice. This hotel is used by a variety of people, including Koreans, Japanese, and Americans. It was a combination of toilet + sink (top bowl) + shower (booth x partition o), and the photo was no different from the official photo. Drainage is good, but the step is a bit small, so if water splashes, water may pool up to the sink. No ventilation in bathroom. If it got humid after taking a shower, I had to turn on the air conditioner in the room to solve the problem. It was also nice to have a USB type outlet in the room! There is no need to use a pig's nose. There was a small refrigerator like a motel refrigerator, a coffee pot, a safe, etc. When DND time is over, they call you to your room or leave a note on the door to ask if you need anything else. It's nice that there's a small convenience store on the first floor (open 24 hours). It can be a bit expensive. There is an ABC store nearby. Taxi and tour drivers all know the name of the hotel, and there is a car rental agency under the hotel building(?). (Actually used as a walk-in) There is a gym on the lobby floor. I didn't go to the swimming pool, so I don't have any pictures. Smoking is allowed outside the hotel entrance. There is no restaurant.
