Everything was perfect except that the balcony faces the main street where cars pass by at night and it makes a lot of noise. There are also garbage containers nearby and it makes a loud noise when they open them from 6 in the morning.
The rest was good: clean, nice views, located near the center, good breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is well located between the sea and the city center, it is accessible and the staff speaks several languages which makes communication easier!

My recent stay at Hotel Elios Taormina was far from satisfactory. The rooms are outdated and, to make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room and mold in the bathroom. We were also charged an additional €60 for parking, which was quite a surprise.
The breakfast offered was extremely limited, consisting only of toast and a few sweet pastries. Despite the booking information stating that the rooms had mini-bars, there was no fridge in our room.
Moreover, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. During check-out, the receptionist was very rude and did not provide us with receipts for the parking fee or the city tax.
Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation to others. The price is high, and the rooms are not only old but also dirty. This experience was disappointing, and I suggest looking for other options if you are visiting Taormina.

Prenotiamo con largo anticipo un posto al parcheggio convenzionato. All'arrivo in hotel ci dicono che loro hanno un tot. di posti prenotabili e non sono certi di garantire il parcheggio. Dopo aver sollecitato NOI una telefonata al parcheggio troviamo posto (anche se era completo). Fondamentale: cosa che a noi non è stata detta, il parcheggio è all'inizio di Taormina, 200 m a piedi dall'hotel, se ci avessero dato questa informazione prima non ci saremmo fatti TUTTO il centro di Taormina in macchina per poi tornare indietro. Dopo aver finalmente parcheggiato all'arrivo nella camera prenotata, tolto il copriletto (basta coi copriletto, sono antigienici! Epoi ad agosto!) scopriamo peli e capelli sulle lenzuola. Dopo aver chiamato ci cambiano di camera con upgrade vista male. Diciamo che dopo un inizio traballante si sono ripresi. Bellissima terrazza al 4 piano con vista mozzafiato. Colazione nella media, anche questa con vista spettacolare sul mare prendendo i posti esterni. Vicinissimo alla villa comunale e al centro. Dopo un inizio traballante un meraviglioso epilogo nella meravigliosa taormina.

Small room, cleaning and breakfast service very poor . Towels were changed after 4 days, when I asked the lady to change them. Ugly breakfast room. The only good thing was the Girl at the reception which was very helpful and nice, and the seaview of the room and the location of the hotel very near to the old town.

Great Hotel, perfect location, minutes from the centre, yards from a wonderful garden. Typical Italian B&B hotel, we were lucky to upgrade to a really nice room with fantastic views over the bay. Very helpful staff, clean and tidy, continental breakfast, loads of pastries and cake, and coffee. If we had believed some of the reviews we would not have booked, but we took a chance and we were not disappointed, thanks to all at the Hotel Elios.

Great quiet location by beautiful gardens. Fantastic views of sea and etna from roof terrace. Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent choices for breakfast. They have an arrangement with a small car park nearby €20 - try to arrange before you arrive. Very reasonable prices for Taormina
