This hotel totally lost their credit! We have booked the room 2 month before the trip from Agoda, and made the call to the front desk to make sure we would arrive. However, when we arrive after 12 hours flight at 11:55 pm, they refuse us to check in!!!! Unbelievable!!! The women at front desk kept talking about the problem with Agoda, but there were so much time and chance for them to tell us in advance!!!! But NO ONE DID THAT!!! AND she said there is no family room provided as we booked. At that midnight, we, including a child, just wanted to have a rest in a room already booked two month ago. None of the problem or misunderstanding was caused by us. At last, we change to another hotel at midnight. Thanks for the Hotel Cordata, gave us the last room, and warm welcome. The GT Hotel? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!EXTREMELY BAD HOTEL!!!
