We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Rarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside.What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.

Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We had to leave the room door open to the house stream to reach a little air circulation (photo). The other renter passed by, we had to buy. Is the view of the carpet climb the secured city view? We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. With this untreated hole in the bathtub (photo), the bathtub naturally fell out. The edge behind the bathtub also looked not invited. I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
