Smell no good deco out towel smelling bad noising easy parking reception good

For hotel budget, very recommend. Staff very friendly with basic amenities.

Photos tell thousands of words. The most terrible place that we ever stay.. air con not cold. Remote control wording faded and cant see any word for control. Place very dirty. Toilet very dirty too. Ceiling cracked. Toilet bowl like thousands year never change. Mirror can't see anything. Bedsheet very dirty. Nightmare!!!!!!

The hotel location was good and the receptionist is very helpful event check in late. The room condition is nice but i think the hotel should checked either the toilet door is in good condition or not and i suggest the hotel provide iron for travelers

For a simple stay its fine. The location is a little bit further from tebrau Aeon and Ikea Tebrau. But the price is very very affordable. Not a wheelchair accessible as to go to the rooms require a staircase. Otherwise it's good.

The water at the sink in room 108 is so super small. When ask to check they said the pressure water here is slow.

Restless night. It was noisy the whole night no soundproofing whenever there were people passing by, it woke me up. The whole room is small and dirty.

Location near to aeon and restaurant. Just need to improve the cleanliness in room and common area then better

I have no where else to stay and chose this hotel, there is no lift, lights keep going off, walks and ground are peeling..

Staff is accommodating and they were generous with toiletries but room was in a really bad shape.

Last minute book the hotel, room is old. Waiting for check in about 1 hour, and ended mentioned about room is not available. The receptionist called his boss and gave us another room instead. So book 2 rooms ended only given 1 room. No choice, all hotel around were fully book. The room is groomy and wall paint are peel off. Toilet bowl was dirty and smell unpleasant.
