Our hotel stay was absolutely amazing!! The front desk helped us with everything that we needed, they were also friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

For such a three-diamond hotel, it is rare for managers to have such a sense of serving customers. Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.
