房間很乾凈，設備也不錯。自助餐很差，2個人，1千多元，感覺沒什麼吃的，以後絕不再吃。早餐貴、人多、居然還要排隊，無語😓

環境非常好！！酒店太漂亮了 前台有位小姐姐Holly Tang真的又美服務態度又好 特別喜歡她 設施服務沒得説 而且在我生日貼心的時候送了卡片還有小禮物以及生日定製的房卡 包括升級了房間 特別感謝麗思卡爾頓還有工作人員們

家人喜歡聽相聲吃大煎餅，這兩樣就是天津的絕活兒，口罩之前每年都來兩三趟，就選麗思卡爾頓，雖然年代久遠點，但是整體還是很舒適的，今年春節都沒訂到房，選了另一個五星酒店，那叫一個又舊又陋。同樣是有年頭的酒店，該説不説麗思卡爾頓維護好一些，能一直持續保持品質是需要不斷與時俱進，不斷提升，已經很不錯了。

住了三晚衞生 服務 環境特別是周邊環境都不錯下次有機會還會來，但是中午在中餐廳大廳用餐收服務費有點不合適 更過份的是沒開發票卻收了6%費用
