Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 4 Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

#citylife Right in the heart of Tianjin, you will find the ”Just Living by Savills Residence”. These are service apartments, thus you have the benefit of an Apartment feel to it, with some benefits of a Hotel. The location is prime, as you are moments away from key landmarks and attractions. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is near Tianjin Binhai International Airport, it takes only 15 minutes by car to get there. I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️

Tianjin Lishunde Apartment, the service is very warm and polite, the room is large, the windows are also large, the window is the Haihe River, the scenery is also good. One bed is 1.5 meters and the other is 1.35 meters, which is very comfortable for a family of three. It's just that the bathroom facilities are a bit old, the nozzle can't be taken off and it's broken. I thought I would just stay one night and make do with it, but it was too late and I couldn't ask the master to come and fix it. Suggestion: Next time, the cleaning staff can check it before guests check in, and tell the engineering department in advance to come and repair it. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient for us to come back very late from listening to cross talk like we did. There is also a kitchen, which is nice to have a refrigerator. You can buy some cold drinks on ice in the summer, and there are relatively few tableware. There is Qixian Supermarket nearby, which can deliver goods, which is very convenient! There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to eat breakfast at a time-honored restaurant, you have to take a taxi. The nearest Zhensucheng is about 1.5 kilometers away.

Location: It's perfect for watching performances in the auditorium, visiting the Natural History Museum, etc. It's just across the road and only four or five kilometers away from the water park, Fifth Avenue, the zoo, etc. The hotel has its own parking lot (when checking in) Don't tell the front desk your license plate number, it's free), just leave your car and take a stroll, the location is quite good. But if you are not watching dramas or visiting museums, but for food, you have to walk about 1 kilometer around the hotel to get food. But in fact, it doesn’t feel that far when you are walking around. It is also good to ride a shared bicycle. Appearance: The appearance is grand, with many ”cow” element sculptures, and the lobby and corridors are also very neat and classy. Room: I upgraded to a U-sleep lake-view room with an electric mattress for an extra 30 yuan. The room looked good, but the decoration style showed a sense of age. It had a western-style luxury style for senior cadres. The windows were closed, but in fact the lakefront was also closed. It's good, you don't have to get mosquitoes. The bed sheets are lake blue, I don't know if it is to match the lake view room. There are razors, toothbrushes, shower caps, and combs. The sink is also equipped with laundry detergent and disposable toilet mats. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in large tubs, not in individual small packages. The location where the toilet paper is placed is slightly inconvenient. The wash basin occupies a large area and the basin is quite small. The design is not very good and water can easily spill out, making it more difficult for the cleaning staff. There is a separate wet and dry shower room and a separate bathtub. The water in the shower room is okay, but there is a little water accumulation. The bathtub is a bit hard to describe. Not to mention the glaze falling off the tub, the drain outlet is full of yellowish-brown rust... There is a wardrobe cabinet The light on the side is always on and cannot be turned off, but it does not affect rest. Hygiene: The room is overall good, clean and tidy. The flaws were the yellowish-brown rust on the bathtub outlet, and when I went to bed, I noticed that one of the pillows didn't have a pillowcase. But the flaws are not to be concealed, the overall quality is okay, you can ignore it if you don’t use the bathtub, and the pillow core is also quite clean. Breakfast: I didn’t book breakfast, so I don’t know. When I come to Tianjin, I still want to eat street breakfast to get the feeling. The overall feeling is that it is a hotel that I would stay at again~

The room was directly upgraded to a superior king room upon arrival. It felt very comfortable and did not feel like being away from home. The facilities were relatively new and the robot service was very advanced. Breakfast for children was free. Homemade cookies were given as a gift when checking in and leaving the hotel. It felt very considerate. Awesome.

The location is very good, right under the Eye of Tianjin, and convenient for shopping and eating nearby. There is authentic 18th Street Mahua next to the building downstairs, so you don’t have to go out to buy it. It is also very convenient to go downstairs to watch Tianjin Eye in the evening. You can also walk along the Haihe River to watch cross talk in a teahouse. However, it should be noted that the rooms with a view of the Haihe River are all double rooms. The rooms with standard rooms can only see the Dabei Courtyard. Generally, business rooms can only see the wall and no outside view, which is a bit depressing, so we upgraded the rooms with a few rooms. Very satisfied with the twin room. The hotel's service attitude is very good and the service is generous. Atour has always been the first choice when traveling. The bedding is comfortable. I will stay here again next time.

The room is clean and tidy, the pillows are comfortable, the space is large, the toilet and bathroom have no blind spots, the room is bright and comfortable, the lobby is bright and comfortable, the smart devices in the room are easy to use, and there is no lag in the front hall. There are not many hotels in Tianjin with such a sense of service and efficiency. Combined with a room of around 300, I think it is very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main areas to visit for a first timer in Tianjin. The train and subway station are in the vecinity for exploring ther thibgs further away. Im addition, the staff of the hotel was very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.
