Great location, near subway, shops and restaurants. Hotel is close to needing a refurbishment, some areas a bit faded but overall comfortable and clean. Breakfast is currently being delivered to the rooms as restaurant is closed. The breakfast we had was quite good but no choice involved. Would stay here again.

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in, English speaking and friendly. The room was very nice and came with a bathtub with a shower head and tap. The buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, some decent choices, but more Chinese than Western food if any. The hotel is a few minutes from Xiaobailou Subway Station and it's pretty central for downtown travel - restaurants, the scenic areas etc. Overall, a great experience, place and people. Highly recommend

Room: I upgraded to a U-sleep lake-view room with an electric mattress for an extra 30 yuan. The room looked good, but the decoration style showed a sense of age. The bed sheets are lake blue, I don't know if it is to match the lake view room. There are razors, toothbrushes, shower caps, and combs. The location where the toilet paper is placed is slightly inconvenient. The wash basin occupies a large area and the basin is quite small. The water in the shower room is okay, but there is a little water accumulation. The bathtub is a bit hard to describe. Not to mention the glaze falling off the tub, the drain outlet is full of yellowish-brown rust... There is a wardrobe cabinet The light on the side is always on and cannot be turned off, but it does not affect rest. Hygiene: The room is overall good, clean and tidy. The flaws were the yellowish-brown rust on the bathtub outlet, and when I went to bed, I noticed that one of the pillows didn't have a pillowcase. But the flaws are not to be concealed, the overall quality is okay, you can ignore it if you don’t use the bathtub, and the pillow core is also quite clean. Breakfast: I didn’t book breakfast, so I don’t know. When I come to Tianjin, I still want to eat street breakfast to get the feeling. The overall feeling is that it is a hotel that I would stay at again~

The location is very good, just upstairs in the International Trade Center, downstairs is the Xiaobailou subway station. It is very close to the Fifth Avenue and Tai'an Road. The room is large, the whole is very new and very clean. The real scene and the photo are in line with the high degree. The fly in the ointment is that parking is 🤣🤣 China World Trade Center basement 6 yuan/hour, downstairs roadside 8 yuan/hour during the day, 4 yuan/night at night. It takes more than 100 to park a day.

The parking fee of 52 yuan for one day and one night on the outer road is completely paid by yourself, and the hotel will not reimburse you at all. The room was cleaned after the second night, but supplies and towels were not replaced. The air guide of the hair dryer could not be installed. Even after calling for a long time, they did not change it. The TV picture in the house is not very clear, especially when the cannon is fired, it is disturbed. The water pipe must be turned on to the maximum to have hot water. This is very uncomfortable and wastes water resources. The clothes hanging rope always comes loose.

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.
