The morning set meal at Shimizu was very good. However, on the day we arrived, our luggage was mistakenly taken to my sister's room, who came with us, and we were not able to get it moved. I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2023 and had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us because it is connect to the Shinagawa train station via a short covered skyway. Shinagawa can be easily reached via train from NRT or HND airports. I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I have been treated very well. All the staff I have encountered were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the surround area. There is a 7-11 store near the entry to the hotel thus very convenient if I want to buy drinking water or Japanese snacks. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and very delicious. I had such a nice stay and can not wait to go back again

we booked this hotel for 4 nights and there were 3 of us. our room was spacious enough and had a good view of the park in front of us. walking distance to lots of convenience stores and restaurants around the area and 2 train stations that connect to the main city directly. they also have their own lawson inside the hotel. lots of amenities and shuttle bus to the Disney parks and Narita airport.

Had a very satisfying 7 nights stay. Location is very convenient beside a monorail station and near two huge malls. Theres a convenience store right below which is very helpful. Room and toilet quite clean. Only complaint is the soundproof of the hotel, as they had an event at the open space near the hotel but it can still be heard even from a high level.. but thankfully it wasnt too noisy. Recommended to chill at the viewing lounge as the view is amazing.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and surprised on how good they are for a Solo traveler. They are great with everything you need shared toilets and showers, lockers downstairs. The capsule is clean and tidy. Cheap stay and walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi party area also the train station is just around the corner. I'll be staying there again. Thank you :)

Great location right next to the station and nice see view even though on lower floor. Big room size but no espresso coffee machine unlike Nikko hotel next door. Breakfast varieties okay and free welcome drink station for hotel guests.
