Breakfast the best. Location close to Family mart and many restaurants.

The room is spacious with separate bathtub and toilet, great to have a choice to bath at room when the onsen is too busy and noisy. Again, it’s a bit weird to prepare 2 pillows only when the booking was made for 2 adults and a kid. After request with front desk, one extra pillow and together with the towels were ready in room after out for dinner. The service is nice! The hotel is just next to the Tsukiji market, great to visit those famous shops and restaurants before 8am in early morning. And the opposite is Namiyoke Shrine. Should be a great place to visit but we haven’t spare time for it this time.

The room is great and comfortable. But the service of staffs may need more training, they didn’t explain anything after giving the room card.

It is located near Tsukiji Outer Market, so the environment is not comfortable. However, it has the great advantage of being able to conveniently use the hotel's public bath and fitness facilities, as well as restaurants near the outdoor market. I think it's good for families because the interior facilities are comfortable.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 5 years old). We had a wonderful stay. It is a nice boutique hotel just stone throw away from Tsukiji market. We enjoyed the nice seafood for dinner and the market is vibrant since early morning. There’s a drink machine serving complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate in reception area and the kids love it. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The breakfast is plentiful and yummy. They even have a public bath though our itinerary was packed so didnt have time to try. All hot water, tv, air conditioning functioned perfectly. They had 4 lifts which could easily fit all of us plus two strollers. There is convenient store just downstairs where we could get stuff. Location wise was not a concern as we traveled by Uber and taxi. But the taxi fee is just around JPY1500 or less to Tokyo station. We could also walk to Ginza. I really love this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel and the rooms are nice but there are some flaws : 1) Air conditioners in the roof pointing directly to the beds, in any direction you put it anyway the cold wind flow will hit you in the face while sleeping. 2) No hand or shower towel hangers, 3) fitness room was a nice surprise until I saw it only has a few bikes and walking machines but no other thing at all.

There were many Mainlanders staying in the hotel which made the experience terrible as they were lousy. Laundry machines are located in basement which is smelly. Other than that the hotel is average. There are better choices nearby.

It was a good place to stay! I was happy that the hotel let us stay in the same room with 4 people! It was a bit crowded but good enough. If you plan to organize your career, it might be tight since the space is very compact. It is located between a couple of different subway lines. Right next block is market place so that you can enjoy fresh seafood and some waguy steak.

Is just a stone away from the famous market. This hotel have it own onsen. And is a new hotel which open in year 2023. The only disadvantage I will say is the closet public transport for metro is quite a distance 9 minutes of walk without baggage is alright but if with baggage then is different story depending on the thing carry.

The location is not bad, the room was okay. Very clean indeed. Hope staff can speak better English next time

Very near ginza, there are lots different seafood shop downstairs. The hotel has onsen and the room is quite big.

The check-in staff English standard is very poor. I asked for a Carlton box to pack my food. He doesn’t know what I’m talking about

The hotel’s room is very clean and tidy，the waiter Rena watanabe is a very sweet girl. She helps to translate Japanese and make reservation. I may choose this hotel again because of her.
