It’s suitable family tour, as big for 1-5 people staying around the holidays. You can see the Tokyo sky-tree tower from window view. And the apartment is quite clear and comfortable. We had a good vacation there.

Trip com isn’t helpful on this incident which I paid almost $1k+ for double booking for hotel stays!

A huge plus - not far from the metro and cafes nearby, open until 23.30. Excellent beds, comfortable, soft, excellent bed linen. The microwave is all in grease - very unpleasant, in general - dirty, smells like sewage in the kitchen, the toilet is leaking. Dirty refrigerator. There is no outlet for the kettle (near the table), had to boil it on the floor. View of the tower - and the windows are dirty, nothing can be seen if they are not opened. Do a better cleaning and everything will be fine. And deal with the smell of sewage, it smells very bad in the morning. Room 403

The location is about 500 meters away from the subway station. The transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Three people booked a room with two double beds for 5 nights. When checking in, you can call the staff to guide you through the check-in procedure, which was completed in less than 20 minutes. The room is basically neat and clean, and it is very convenient to have a cooking stove and refrigerator. The soundproofing is somewhat poor, but maybe the occupancy rate is not high, so it was quiet during the stay. Since no one will clean this type of apartment during your stay, you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself. The overall experience was very good and the beds were very comfortable. I will consider staying here again next time.

This hotel is my favorite in Tokyo. There is a parking lot on the premises, and you can easily find food and drink just a short walk from the hotel. If I could stay cheaper, I would choose this hotel every time.

Although I wasn't able to stay long this time, the station was close, there were shops and convenience stores nearby, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were available 24 hours a day. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Tokyo! Thank you!

The accommodation in the apartment felt like coming home. It was very clean. I didn't understand the check-in method at first, but the online staff helped me check in. The password lock made me feel safe. The dormitory is very well furnished and the bed is very comfortable. It only takes five minutes to walk to the subway, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is worth staying again.

The environment and location of the accommodation are pretty good. The rooms are also large. The only small drawback is that the hotel has no one at the front desk. When I arrived, I couldn't figure out how to check in and couldn't find anyone. Later, a staff member showed up but didn't give me a check-in. If you check in early, you won't be able to send your luggage.

We are a family of three. It is rare to book a room for three people. It is a very nice room and the transportation is very convenient.

Poor sound insulation. There is no front desk staff. There is a person on duty behind the small door. The location is like a slum in Tokyo. The station is far away. Definitely not recommended.
