The apartment is 10 mins walk away from the JR station, and inside a quiet street, next to the railway trail. It's quite noisy, and you will hear the sound from the train all day round, every few minutes. Not ideal for people sensitive to noise. The room itself is ok, nicely decorated, size is small as usual. Overall an average stay.

Not so close to downtown, however it is convenient to stay between Haneda Airport and downtown with a train line around 10 minutes walking distance. We arrived there around 1am, the self checkin was ok, however the room was not cleaned, actually it was dirty. I was able to communicate in english via whatsapp with the manager, what was helpful. He managed to book 1 night in another hotel to my family and he paid the taxi and that hotel night... next day our room was cleaned around 12 o'clock. We were not able to have a good rest after a long trip, but the issue was solved. The room size is ok for a family of 3 adults or family of 4 people (2 adults/2 children). The premises seems to be newly constructed, but not so clean even after the cleaning services.

The apartment hotel is close to JR Omori Station. The surrounding residential area is very quiet and it is convenient to eat. The hotel provides self-service washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. It takes 30 minutes to go to Tokyo and 60 minutes to go to Shinjuku. The disadvantage is that there is no front desk when checking in. You have to scan the QR code at the door and enter the hotel reservation number to confirm. You will receive the access code after confirmation. After entering, log in to the computer at the front desk and enter the hotel reservation number again to check in. The process is actually very simple, but for some reason, the hotel confirmation number given to me by Ctrip is wrong, which caused me to be unable to check in. In the end, I spent an hour on the phone to get it done. I was speechless.

Before checking in, they didn't explain how to get in, nor did they provide the PIN number for the door, so we couldn't get in. Fortunately, a tenant came downstairs and we were able to check in at the door. The frying pan is in bad condition and cannot be used. It should be replaced with a new one. They don't think about the tenants at all.
