We stayed for about a week, this is a treasure hotel with a great value for money!
We are a family trip with two adults and two children, it is really convenient:
The entrance is the Oshiage subway station, and it is not far from anywhere.
The entrance is the Tokyo Skytree and the Tokyo Solamachi shopping mall under the tower, which has the Pokémon Center, Harry Potter Store, Uniqlo, Aquarium, Dome Movie, Christmas Night Market, etc., and of course the Tokyo Skytree. You can spend a whole day there.
There is a big supermarket downstairs.
It is recommended to book a breakfast package, which is a good buffet breakfast. Of course, you can also go to 7-11 convenience store to buy breakfast, which is a 5-minute walk. If you have a baby but Ctrip only includes 2 breakfasts per day (for adults), the hotel can exchange one adult breakfast voucher for two children's breakfast vouchers, and you don't have to eat at the hotel every day.
The 6th floor is a coin-operated laundry room with 8 washing + drying machines. You need a 100 yen coin. Washing + drying for two hours is 500-600 yen, and there is a coin exchange self-service machine on the 5th floor of the hotel. This is my second time staying with the Richmond group's hotel. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, and despite the language barrier, they will do their best to assist me with many queries. Rooms are quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo , and cleaned regularly daily, they do a mix of minor and major cleaning on different days in the week.

The hotel is very convenient for guests from Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. It is located next to a large Life supermarket with all kinds of food. The hotel is also right next to Skymart. The facilities are complete, but you can't see the hotel's high-end features. The room facilities are relatively new and standard. It is in line with the style of Japanese hotels.
