Excellent for early morning flights! Super convenient! The subway takes you directly to Haneda Airport T3. Go up to the 2nd floor for arrivals, then to the 4th floor for self-check-in at the hotel's machines! There are complimentary skincare products available in the elevator lobby. The room isn't small. You can browse shops before security, though most restaurants close at 10 PM. There's a 24-hour convenience store. Don Quijote is on the 5th floor; it's smaller than the city ones but still nice to have, and it closes at 11 PM. For an 8:55 AM ANA flight, the food shops open at 6:30 AM, so you can grab common foods – plenty of time.

Arriving close to midnight, staying here was incredibly convenient, and the self-check-in and check-out process was very smooth. It's located right inside T3. After arriving, you just go up to the 3rd floor, and it's at the end of the N counter in the departure hall. The next day, you can take the elevator down to the ground floor at T3, exit at gate D, and meet your driver there.

After adding an extra bed to make it a triple room, it was still quite spacious. The large window in the room faced the tarmac, so you could see big airplanes just by pulling back the curtains. The hotel entrance is right next to the AirDo airline counter on the 2nd floor of T2, which was super convenient as I was taking an AirDo flight the next day – the check-in counter was right outside the hotel door! The Keikyu train station is downstairs, making it really easy to get to the city too!

I've stayed here many times, so coming back feels incredibly familiar, like I could find it with my eyes closed after getting off the plane 😁. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Haneda Airport, which is super convenient for travelers with luggage. The driver even helps with bags, and it's only about a 15-minute ride from the airport to the hotel – so convenient! 👍 The front desk still has the big, cute dinosaur 🦖, which is adorable. While the room isn't huge, it's not too cramped for two people. I definitely plan on staying here again, and likely many more times in the future. See you next time! 😊

The location is great, very close to Haneda Airport's terminals. We took the Keikyu Line from Terminal 3 for 200 JPY per person to Otorii Station, and the hotel is about a 300-meter walk from the east exit. The Mercure hotel facilities and service are excellent, and the gym is good too. Breakfast is also plentiful. The only downside is that it's a bit far from central Tokyo; a direct subway ride to Senso-ji Temple takes about 1.5 hours.

I really liked this place. The family area was just right, though opening suitcases was a bit tricky. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfect for four people. We booked a family room with two king-size beds but ended up getting two bunk beds instead. The hotel has all the amenities except for a fridge and drinking water. What I loved most was having cooking utensils, an electric stove, and a pot, but since we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use them. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Buses pass by regularly, and it's only a 6-minute walk to Anamori-Inari Station. We connected from here to Terminal 3 at the airport, which was super convenient. Check-in wasn't as difficult as many reviews suggested; there were multiple languages to choose from, and filling out the information only took a little time.

The hotel is quite close to the subway station. I booked this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle, which was perfect since my flight was arriving late at night. However, my flight was delayed until the early hours of the morning, so I ended up missing the shuttle anyway. The room was good. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it tasted delicious.

Very satisfied, overall excellent! Directions ⭕️—You can refer to the directions given by a guest who stayed in July 2025 regarding which line to take and where to get off. I followed their instructions perfectly, and it was a very quick route, only about ten minutes from Haneda Airport! Hotel ⭕️—The facilities are great, and the front desk staff are very nice! Before check-in, they'll send you a code, and you can just self-check-in. The women-only rooms, both capsule beds and bunk beds, are in the same room, and there's a password at the door, making it very secure! Guests are all very quiet and considerate; they try their best not to make loud noises. Even though they are so quiet, entering the password to open the door does make a bit of noise, but I slept very comfortably! Everyone is very well-mannered!!

Traveling solo was super convenient. It's perfect for a one-night layover, especially for early morning flights. The separate areas for men and women made me feel very safe, and the showers and other shared facilities were really clean. I felt completely at ease staying here. It's located directly in Terminal 1, and there's a free shuttle bus to the other terminals.

I was personally happy that the drink bar and curry were free. The facilities were clean and the amenities were plentiful. (Not only toothbrushes and brushes, but also cleansing and skincare products. The napkins were a nice touch!) If you're not picky about amenities or the hotel room itself, this is a great option as it means you won't have to carry around much luggage! There were three things that bothered me. 1. The cabin felt stale and had a peculiar smell. However, turning on the exhaust fan quickly cleared it up. 2. The dining area was cold. I agree that a cool room is desirable after a bath or coming back from outside in the summer, but many women, especially, are prone to feeling cold, so I thought it might not have been too much. 3. I think it was just a coincidence, but the towels that were supposed to be in the room were missing. I went all the way to the first floor to get them, but there was no apology or excuse. Well, maybe it's not something worth complaining about, but the fact that they went all the way to the first floor to get them and then said, ”Oh, this is it.” was a bit off-putting. I'm not saying they should apologize sincerely, but since the customer went out of their way to pick it up, I think it would be polite to at least say something like ”I'm sorry” or ”Thank you for taking the time.” (Sorry if it's a hassle.) Overall, it was very good. Unless you're sensitive to minor noises or have a germaphobia, I think you'll enjoy it, unlike a regular hotel.

The location is great, as you can get there from both Keikyu and JR lines. Personally, I found the JR station route a bit easier. I was a little concerned about dragging my suitcase as many of the sidewalks were tiled and quite bumpy, haha. At night, it can be a bit noisy outside, but it usually quietens down by around 11 PM, so no real issues there. What I loved most was that I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or below, which is a first for me in a hotel – truly stress-free. The lobby also has a good selection of free amenities and a drink machine.

Surprisingly nice. I was afraid it may be noisy、but it's made very clear that all resident have to stay quiet、and it was respected. It was very clean、both the room、toilet、shower and other common space. Microwave at disposition. Light and plugs within the bed space. All very well made and well thought. Not cheap for what it is in itself、but fair enough considering the prices around Tokyo. You can't store your luggage after checking out. Very convenient location、2 minutes walk from the subway station. 3 stations from Haneda airport、konbini close by....

Small and fine, very clean, very warm, but the space is small! The equipment is also very complete! Check in before check-in must be done first. Get the entry password and room number in advance, otherwise it will be very troublesome! This is self-check-in. There is no front desk. It is very convenient to walk to the sky bridge and take the subway. Two stations to the ti passenger terminal.

I had to go to Haneda Airport at dawn the next day, so I looked for a place to stay at Kamata Station and found it. It was a bit of a walk from the station, but the price was cheap and the room was more comfortable and nice than I thought. If you don't mind the toilet and bathroom being outside, I highly recommend it!
