Very busy hotel with many families and children. I would not recommend if you want a quiet experience. Swimming pool was quite dirty. And was not even cleaned overnight.

Good hotel but the location is far from the city and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Nice Swimming pool to relax.

It was very far from Toledo Old Town. It's okay to take a taxi from the hotel. It's not easy to catch a taxi from outside.

I expected much more from the hotel, seeing the photos on the web. The attention of the waiters was good, rather fatal, apart from the fact that one day I was left without eating because I went down at 4:00 p.m. They already had the kitchen closed and at dinner I had to return the sandwich I ordered twice because they put it on me completely burned, I even took a picture of it, but once it's okay but the second time you bring it to me the same... it was laughable apart from how saturated they were, and The waitress who attended us told us that she had to wait more than an hour for dinner, telling us that we sure wanted to stay... That made me feel terrible because it seemed that they were throwing us out. They were very understaffed and there weren't many customers. There was no animation or anything. The swimming pool where it was not covered all dirty as cream and full of leaves, that minino clean it, in short to be 4 stars leaves much to be desired to spend a few days. In addition to the fact that on Saturday they had a wedding and as a client we could not enjoy the terrace because they had it occupied and that does not seem right to me because if you pay for one thing it is to enjoy all the facilities.
