The room is very small and the price/performance ratio is very low. The location is on the hillside, the view outside the hotel is very good, but it is easy to slip in winter, so it is best not to bring a suitcase.

Great hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.

"My" home in Tromso!! ＜3 Very, very good!! It exceeded my expectations! Excellent location! Fantastic, comfortable and very clean facilities! The quality of service is excellent!! Large and comfortable room; I had an excellent stay and I will definitely be back!! The hotel offers coffee and tea and chocolate, isn't it amazing?! :) The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped - it has everything, and we can prepare warm food at the end of the day. The dining room has a view of the Arctic Cathedral!....a dream!, and the kitchen window has a LINEN curtain...hand embroidered!! It immediately caught my attention, because it reminds me of the curtains in our parents' and grandparents' houses! ＜3 ＜3 . I loved everything about this hotel. I felt like I was at home! In fact, it doesn't even look like a hotel; It's so cozy that it feels like a big family's home! ＜3 . It's "MY" home in Tromso! ＜3 ＜3 The only bad thing was having to leave... :(, but, God willing, I will come back! Definitely recommended. We were fortunate to get a front facing family room which was surprisingly big and nice views, we were lucky to spot the northern lights from our bedroom while sipping on warm beverages.
