Family-friendly Hotels in Urumqi

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here, and every time I have a new experience. This time I was also very satisfied with the accommodation experience. I arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk staff warmly received me and professionally solved some problems with the house. It was a very good experience. I would like to make a special note that after the stay, Sister Song, the waiter on the 15th floor, saw our family travel and immediately sent us dried fruits and yogurt. During the stay, my family's clothes were torn, and she also kindly helped to sew clothes. It was like returning home. They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

The hotel is located next to Wanda Plaza. There are many delicious restaurants around. It is too cold to go out. It is very convenient to order takeout. The hotel robot delivers the food. The hotel has a basement, which is very friendly to people who drive to the hotel in winter. Because it is an early-opening hotel, it is not very smart. It is recommended that the hotel update the supporting smart devices. The TV is not high-definition and is a bit average. The room is not big, and the view outside the window is good, but the windows in Xinjiang are generally dirty in winter, and the view outside is not very good. It will be a bit noisy facing the street, especially when the angry car owners honk during the morning rush hour. People who like to sleep in or don’t sleep well are recommended to choose rooms facing other directions. The heating temperature is very good, the room is very hot, and the hot water temperature is also very good. Xinjiang is dry in winter. The room is equipped with enough mineral water. Later, I asked for two more bottles. The room attendant directly gave me half a bottle. The service is full marks. Cultural angel Demi has good service, warm and attentive.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists. A huge thank you to Mr Mabaoming. Thanks again!

The hotel lobby is elegant, the rooms are well cleaned, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Especially the young man working at the front desk on the evening of September 12, he was warm and friendly, and it was a feeling of being at home. I give him a 👍. The lobby manager and service staff are also very good, working conscientiously and responsibly, and providing the services that guests need in a timely and proactive manner. I hope they will continue to maintain this.

Although the room facilities are not very new, the details are very thoughtful. The room is also very quiet, with heating and the temperature is just right! There are also footbaths, good night milk, and fruit plates as bonus points! This price is great value! The breakfast is particularly rich, and the lunch buffet noodles are superb! Excellent value for money, comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast was OK. Not too far from the metro and 25RMB taxi ride to the airport.

It's a nice hotel. The service staff helped carry the luggage to the room. Miss Zubaidai at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was renovated and has all the facilities. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, pleasant views, great for taking photos. I will choose here again next time!
