Great service. The room is nice and tidy. Have supermarkets and restaurants around.

Since it's a private stay with a specific purpose, I'm very grateful that it's close to my destination. Utsunomiya Yuinomori is a very man-made town, so there are only chain stores, convenience stores, and large supermarkets, so it's difficult to find a decent meal and you have to drive everywhere. It's neither good nor bad, just the usual Route Inn.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms and the large public bath are both clean and I am very satisfied. There are McDonald's and Yakiniku restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to eat. I would like to stay here again.

I like the size and layout of the room. The small sofa faces the TV, which is good for eating in the room. The glasses in the room are too small.

Although the location is remote, the hotel is relatively new. The facilities are also good, and there are hot springs to experience. Suitable for self-driving tours

I would like amenities for the shower in the room, even in a single room. I stayed there for two consecutive weekends, and the breakfast menu was the same.

It's in the suburbs, but it wasn't too bad since I had a car. It's a reliable Route Inn.

The service is average. There is a breakfast buffet and a large public bath, so you can relax. The slippers in the room seemed a little small for men.

It's a shame that there aren't many breakfast options, but the other services are satisfactory.

Japanese standard business hotel. Very clean and good for stay.

It was new, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. And best of all, it had a large public bath, which was great.

The entrance to the car park is confusing as it is the entrance to the McDonald's car park in front, so I would like it to be improved.
