The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Canada Place and the waterfront transportation hub, very close to Gastown, Chinatown and Datonghua Supermarket, and convenient transportation. The rooms with sea views are spacious and bright, and the front desk customer service can speak Mandarin and is warm and thoughtful.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The location is good and close to city centre and the harbour. Nothing much to offer guests.

It was a nice stay at this hotel.
The room was specious and it had wonderful views.
I woke up with a beautiful sunrise.
Staffs were very friendly and professional.
What I don’t understand is hotels in western countries don’t have any inside slippers always…though.

The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk is helpful. It was however no good to have a stranger knocking on my door asking to check the smoke alarm in my room without prior notice from the hotel. I had let the unaccompanied stranger in at my own risk (single woman) which was bad.
Feedback to the uniform staff in the hotel and was told nothing can be done which is disappointing.
