Dans le charmant quartier de Santa Croce, nous avons apprécié l'accueil des réceptionnistes, mais surtout de Gian Lucca, le meilleur barman de Venise, très professionnel et attentionné ! L'hôtel mérite les 4 étoiles, bien que les chambres mériteraient d'être rafraîchir. Le petit déjeuner, servi à table, est varié et de qualité, et surtout ce qui devient rare ils servent du vrai café et du jus de fruits frais. Elena était très sympathique et professionnelle. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Venise

This was first stop on our vacation . For my taste the hotel was a little far out from the main attractions . It was nice place small room but was very disappointed . Paid for upgraded deluxe room with canal view . The windows were inches from floor less then two feet high . I would have needed to lay on my stomach to see the view . This clearly did not meet my expectation and feel like they had no right to chg extra for a useless view . Breakfast was good staff attentive

Amazing stay on our last stop of 2-week trip through Italy. Top-notch service, clean, good location, authentic property, convenience of a dock right on the Grand Canal, and a good breakfast to start each day. We received an upgraded room for our anniversary along with a bottle of chilled prosecco awaiting us - such a nice gesture which we really appreciated! The jr suite gave us much more room and a balcony. Heads up - There are complimentary tours to Murano which we didn’t know about - save money $/or headache figuring out zaporettos. Truly wonderful property but the service was the best!

Magic palace ideally located near the vaporetto stop. We had booked a junior suite with a grand canal view and were royally upgraded to the Mozart suite with a grand canal view. Prosecco and biscuits offered. Fabulous stay in an equally fabulous place. Perfect services and staff! If we come back, it will be here without hesitation.
