We had a lovely room with a view of the canal and so many things to do so close by! Don't worry that there is no elevator as they gladly assist with luggage. Folks at the front desk are very friendly, engaged, and helpful. Better signage for where to check-in would be helpful...we walked right past it. The one downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the ferry stop when you're pulling luggage and you have to cross a bridge with steps. Otherwise - great place!

The rooms are very clean, the workera are very helpfull. Beautifuk view.. The only negative thing was that the it was very warm 🥲

Can't really find a fault with this hotel. Ice cold air conditioning was so welcome in the 34degree heat of Venice. Location is fantastic. The room was spacious, bathroom had a double shower. If I ever come back to Venice I will stay here

Great location and service but the bathroom smells like sewage. The room also smells like mold and after staying a few days it made my throat burn.

For the price (275€ per day) I expected more comfort. The toilet flush was broken and had to be pressed several times in a row to stop it. No mirror in the room. In the bathroom the mirror was very high and the wide old sink base meant that you couldn't put on makeup properly in the mirror. Totally awkward for a woman. Hardly any sunlight in the room as there was a public traffic and a restaurant outside the window. The dark ceiling also created a depressing atmosphere. I wasn't happy with the booking.

Nice hotel with a clean and comfortable room. Since we booked 2 rooms at once, we were given superior rooms with a beautiful view as a bonus.
