값비싸고 낡은 베니스의 여러 숙박시설들 중 많이 고민하고 엄선했던 숙소입니다. 그리고 역시나 최고점을 주고 싶은 곳입니다.
넓고 높은 층고, 쾌적하고 깨끗한 방과 샤워시설, 친절했던 체크인데스크, 그 모든 것이 완벽했어요.
조식은 공교롭게 이용하지 못했지만, 특정 시간대에 공용 공간에서 이루어지는 것 같았어요.
같은날 방문한 다른 손님들이 조용했던것인지는 몰라도 굉장히 조용하고 편안하게 묵었습니다.
방까지 도달하기 위해 무거운 짐을 들고 계단을 많이 올라가야 하지만, 베니스에서는 늘 있을 수 밖에 없는 일이랍니다 :)

I highly recommend this Hotel! We spent two 3 days in Venice and with this Hotel room we had a very comfortable base after walking all day. There are also 2 Vaporetto Stations within 5 minutes of walking distance so thats quite nice aswell ☺️

We couldn't pick a better place for our stay. When we arrived, we had some doubts because the property's exterior looks very old, but as soon as we opened the big green door, it was like entering a different world hidden behind the walls. The room was big, clean, and quiet. Very modern and updated. There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and gelato places near by. The lady who did the check in was marvelous (I didn’t get her name, sorry). Communication was impeccable. They answered all questions very quick via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this gem.

Hemos estado 3 noches y en ninguna nos han cambiado las toallas, la televisión solo se ven los canales italianos, lo informamos a la recepción y no han hecho nada por solucionar ni si quiera por venir a decirnos nada. El resto de la habitación y ubicación está muy bien

Definitely would reccomend
5 minutecwalk from thecwater bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk to most central attractions. Such beautiful rooms, beds really comfortable, check in staff lovely and helped us with an extra nights accommodation with no fuss after our flight was cancelled. Lots of lovely little bars and restaurants nearby, Would highly recommend.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Venice
This hotel was an amazing find in Venice. We loved our stay. The staff was helpful and responsive. The room was clean, bright. Great AC. Would definitely come back!

Long weekend in February
Very clean and contemporary suite.really good modern facilities in a very old building.checkin was very straight forward and staff were really nice.was a bit hot upstairs not sure what it would be like in the height of summer but would defo stay again
