Nice hotel with amazing views of Vienna. If you get lucky or ask for a higher floor room. I stayed on the 18th floor and view was fantastic. Well appointed room, very clean and cozy. Staff at the Front Desk very helpful and friendly. Were 2 girls, Francesca and another lovely young lady but I cant recall her name. Not far from Meidling train station and in proximity of enough public transportation. Thanks for your hospitality!

The location of the hotel was better than expected, a 20 min walk to the center, a 5 min walk to Naschmarkt and the closest underground station which we used to go to Karlsplats, Plater, Schonbrunn, a 1 min walk to the bus which took us to Belvedere. The hotel staff were all extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The family room with a king bed two sofas and view to the garden was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast too. I will definitely choose it again when I come back to Vienna

Just home from a lovely 4 days in Vienna. We absolutely loved it, the hotel is lovely very clean, very helpful staff who help with directions everywhere perfect location next to a tram easy to get everywhere. Really good breakfast. Rooms are small but lay out is really good that you don’t notice it, very good quality everything. Would definitely return 😀

The service was very good everywhere. Check-in and check-out were very fast and convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner of the room were double-glazed. It was very quiet even in the inner city. The front desk, bar, breakfast room and cleaning staff were all very nice. I liked the fruit tea, small bread and smoked salmon in the breakfast. I usually bring earplugs. It is common to have a door between two rooms abroad. It was the same when I stayed in Sweden. This time, the neighbors saw someone coming back and the noise was very low. I brought earplugs and it didn't have any impact. No one was next door for the next few days. I heard from my colleagues in Vienna that the inner city was better, so I chose a hotel in the inner city. The location is near the Sisi Museum. After visiting Sisi, walk south. The route is good. Then go to the other direction to see Stephen's Cathedral and the Black Death Memorial Column. I have been to Vienna once before. I feel that the hotel I booked this time is obviously much better than the 4-star hotel last time. The service attitude is better than Haidilao. It deserves to be a 5-star hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

Although the hotel was overbooked, Judy responded to our complain promptly, and not only upgraded our room, but also sent us a nice gift (sparkling wine). My wife and I were so impressed with her superb performance, great kindness, and professionalism. The hotel was so clean and has a fantastic location. Get another Ritz room card haha, this location is very good, about five minutes walk from the Golden Hall, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very good. The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here. The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Haha, there is also a bathtub, and the toiletries are also diptyque fig series. The room supplies free glass bottle mineral water every day, and there is no turndown service on the Buda side, but the overall is also very good.
